Please don't accuse me of balldowashing, but with regards to Celeste's pill bottle, it's possible that he just took her empty discarded bottle to use for storing his own "meds" and neglected to tear off the label. This wouldn't be unusual, I've seen it done plenty and I similarly used to store weed in my parent's old antibiotic or steroid bottles (I did however have the sense to remove the labels).

Of all the people to declare a Blood Enemy™, Kurt is one of the most innocent and harmless people I can imagine.
