I definitely bit off more than I could chew trying to create a video based on the bodycam notes using AI. Even with the help of @Midnight Energy Drink in generating the AI images, I’ve only managed to complete around 30% of the full set of K’s notes. Maintaining visual consistency with AI can be a real bitch at times.

I'm waiting for Nick's Karen Read Stream from today to finish and be fully processed by YouTube. Once that's done, I'll post all the SuperTips summaries from May 29th onward.
Thank you for your service

N.B. (not about PPP, just about significant Protestant populations): The Southern Baptist Convention has not added the Nicene Creed to the Baptist Faith & Message, although it has been debating it in very recent times. A motion to add it did not advance in the 2024 Convention, but it remains a discussion, iirc. The debate is rooted in the concept of sola scriptura (the Bible as the sole source of Christian teaching).

Adderall is tablets, not capsules.

Buddy you can get capsule Adderall ffs

Time stamp 8:30 gets to the meat of the matter. Relitigates implying the state brought coke into the house that was made after the initial arrest.
Alluding to Aaron and the Nanny being the culprits is truly the new cope.
11:15 The best advice even his most ardent detractors have given. The drug combo truly mutated the man into this odd mix of Ralph/DSP.
I think Nick's doing 2 things here:

1. He's implying that Aaron and/or the nanny brought the drugs in to frame him. This is for the sycophants that still watch him and believe everything he says to get them to hate those 2 and think Nick didn't do that much coke when he did.

2. He's basically doing the watermark COG reupload argument again. He's saying "Sure it's my cocaine, but there was no way that the cops could have been able to prove at the time that Aaron and Chaney didn't break in and plant it to frame me!" This is for when people call him out for doing #1. "I'm not accusing them of doing it, I'm saying the county didn't know we had coke!"

This is retarded and not how it works, which is why it didn't work for the Frank's motion. He's trying to pretend to be the victim of an illegal search when the cops did everything right. Nick thinks he's really good at hiding when he's intoxicated but he's really awful at it.

Cocaine has to be snorted, what every 15-30mins?
I just don't see how giving your kid his daily dose of one ADHD-capsule filled with coke in the morning would be sufficient to warrant 5000/500 results in tests or even do anything for ADHD symptoms.
Also I'm pretty sure no active adult coke junkie would prefer ingesting their coke inside some pill-capsules instead of nasally snorting them. Does it even give the same high when eaten?
Seems as useful topic as tripods and butterdishes
Ingesting drugs orally instead of insufflating lasts much longer. Compare smoking weed to doing edibles to get the comparison. Eating coke or meth is referred to as parachuting. Meth and coke are water soluble so he could have been dissolving it in liquid and giving it her with those oral syringes by pretending it was anything. Pour what you want in the syringe with a funnel, replace the plunger then suck up the desired amount of liquid.

You know it's bad when Rekeita's only go-to now is to "dunk" on what he see's as low hanging fruit.
He's so fucking wet brained he can't even understand Kurt is far above him at this point.
Now he's just trying to bully out of sheer desperation. SAD! PATHETIC! I hope his PO makes him get a REAL JOB

Nick forgets the minimal standard of PROBABLE cause.
Its not fucking CERTAIN cause. They had enough evidence to present to Judge Fisher that there was PROBABLY drugs in the house.
Based on a PROBABLE likelihood, they were granted a warrant and found drugs that were PROBABLY Nicks.

Of all the things to kvetch about, the warrant makes the least sense. It was above and beyond what is needed to start an investigation.

He has no choice but to attack the warrant. Its literally all he has.

I've hesitated to rip on the cops as, in the end, they busted Nick. But, man, the descriptions of that raid seemed very Mayberry to me. I can see a daunting hoard disssuading cops who think they are just doing a possession raid... but a raid that starts looking like a trafficking situation? No way, man, you rip the house to fucking shreds! Just because you have enough to ship the whole Qoverful off to jail doesn't mean you shouldn't keep looking, even if it takes a few days. If I was in law enforcement there, I would also want that footage hidden as it's embarrassing that they just seemed to go "fuck, man, this place is depressing, I'm tired of searching through this disgusting mess." If it was as lazy and half-assed as K makes it sound, the cops really blew a chance to tack on some trafficking charges. Something is really rotten here.
This is a solid point given the new details. Be good content to get some experienced LEO to give thoughts on this.
Further highlights the concerns raised when the initial amount found was discovered.
Further begs the question was he lower than average in stock for distribution or bought extra for himself to avoid another long trip to the twin cities.

There are three completely wasted emaciated druggies in the messy stinky house with 5 kids, but the drugs were put there by the well-put-together nanny who left because of the immoral relationship a few months prior or the frequent boxing gym visitor who works out.

That makes so much sense. Rekieta's Razor strikes again.

Rekieta's Razor: If there is a simple explanation, there is also a convoluted one that you can sell to your audience.

Nick thinks he's a smooth operator and master manipulator so there's no way that anyone could have figured out Nick was on coke during the cokestream, even though it was obvious.

that's what Aaron was.
Aaron is more of a "bear" type, Nick is the twink.
The other day, someone suggested maybe the county is Balldoguarding because Nick threatened to kill himself if they release the footage.

I initially dismissed it because the sheriff has qualified immunity and the county probably wouldn't be in legal trouble if he An Heroes.

Then I got to thinking: maybe it's because they still don't want a suicide on their conscience, so they're caving to emotional blackmail in that Minnesota Nice way.
The county can just 5150 Nick for his suicide baiting, so I don't think it's that. I do hope he keeps going until their hand is forced though, because that would be really funny.

I think it's that small-town thing. They're being recalicitrant because the people who are interested in the body cam footage are out-of-towners who frankly intend to make money and harvest clout from the suffering of a Kandiyoshi County family. The County wishes these outsiders would go away and stop making their nice, God-fearing little town look like a drug den full of hookers and abused children.

NICK'S HS REUNION

Nick: Hey, look, it's Timmy! Long time no see, Timmy! Do you remember, back in the day, how we used to throw pretzels and gummy bears at you on the school bus? LOL, what a nerd you were, am I right?

Timmy (in a controlled, long suffering voice): Nick Rekeita. What are you up to these days?

Nick (bragging): OH, nothing much! I'm just the most famous Lawtuber on YouTube! I party all the time! I've even got TWO chicks fighting over me! So what have YOU been up to, Timmy, you lame?

Timmy (in a flat voice): I'm a practicing lawyer in a firm in St. Cloud, and I made Junior Partner last year. Uhhh, what's a lawtuber?

It’s an old saying that a liar will hold onto a lie until it’s unsustainable. Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t he arguing the cops didn’t have probable cause to enter the residence? First the drugs weren’t his now yes they were. The house wasn’t messy just cluttered. Etc etc.

Like we can’t say definitively that they didn’t have TRUE and HONEST probable cause. So this lie lives forever.

Just kidding, keep up the good work!

I agree with this. Her demeanor, which may not be a fair thing to assess because she was likely nervous, suggests someone not cut out for the bombastic and bloodthirsty behavior that is commonplace in this particular world.
Nobody who is not already involved in the Sektur should even consider getting involved at this point. Who wants to end up doxed, swatted, harassed, and brigaded just to make a few bucks? Not to mention that community is the epitome of 'don’t forget, you're here forever'.

ETA: Dabbleverse losers in particular are vicious and Nick would immediately sic them on any new enemies.

Nick has this autistic obsession with cops having to prove that literally everything is 100% airtight.

He's basically saying "yes, I'm guilty of exactly what the cops accused me of doing and every assumption was correct... But there's no way they could have known that 100%, they were just guessing!"

It's like a child being accused of eating a brownie saying "sure there's a trail of brownie crumbs leading up to me and I have chocolate on my mouth, but you never saw me actually take the brownie and eat it, so you can't prove I at it!"

But if he really wanted to play up the Christianity angle, he should be hammering the shit out of the fact that Nick claims to be Christian
i think ppp doesn't really do that is because ppp would feel like a hypocrite about it. lets face it, ppp is not living the most christ-like lifestyle and ppp knows it. unlike rekieta, ppp, as a christian, feels shame in his current lifestyle.

It is the mental processing of a child.
