I wonder what somebody local to Nick getting a restraining order on him, if necessary, would do for his probation
Nothing good, I would imagine.

Is Nick planning to sue "Momma K"?
I imagine that would backfire spectacularly. For one thing, it might lead the body cam being introduced into evidence so she can prove she's telling the truth (like we all know she is).

That would be the sweetest outcome. The idea that the footage could have remained sealed but for his actions. LOL

Reneging on my previous post, it's theoretically possible to sue for intentional misrepresentation, but Null's Angels' misrepresentations must be so severe and clearly malicious that the hurdle to beat their first amendment rights is exceptionally high. Nick would have to prove their commentaries were intentionally false with preconceived malice.

By US law, your allowed to be a dramatic wine mom. You can be overwrought and emotional. Nick's own commentary on Depp and Rittenhouse was filled to the brim with disparaging, ugly statements about Heard and Binger respectively, did either of them sue him for it? No.

Once again, one rule for me, another for thee.
Eat shit Nick. Go sue Kandiyohi County, leave innocent woman who legally and properly engaged in publically available proceedings alone, you fucking misogynistic freak.

Nick can only sue the state, for what he claims is unauthorised release of the bodycam footage from the MNDES system. It was (allegedly) uploaded to the system but not offered as evidence (despite it being produced in discovery, and quoted as evidence, and to be used by the prosecutors).
The Barneswalker uploaded it. It was the Barneswalker who cited it.

Momma had details correct that would have been completely impossible to get right without seeing the footage.

The skeleton and the KKK bag being correct lead me to believe it's all true. As far as interviews or conversations go Momma's appearence was the most normal thing I've seen considering its sektur and sektur adjacent. The last thing I'd think of watching the interview is that she's a psychopath or crazy in anyway. It probably chaps Nick's ass that there is nothing to really pick apart with it unless you take a fully delusional route with it.

If Nick's gonna sue her it's gonna be a suit he knows he'll lose and just exists to drain K's finances and humiliate her

Unfortunately, there's at least 2 law firms so disgusted with Nick they were willing to work on the bodycam footage case pro bono. Surely they'd help Lady K out with this as well.

Lady K came off as very kind and credible in the interview. If you want to disprove her, saying you want her to die and implying you're going to dox and/or sue her really doesn't help.

hers is a case where crowd funding would not only work, but probably go viral. Imagine the headlines. "A woman trying to uncover child abuse in a small town sued by evil lawyer man trying to conceal his dastardly deeds." Not only would she make 6 figures but a LOT more eyeballs would be on nick in a very bad way.

Do it balldoman.

EDIT: Damnit, as D84 points out, I'm late and gay again.

Not to play the devil's advocate, but I think it is important to bear in mind that the perception of the house through the body cam footage may have seemed very different than from photos. I think there's already an assumption that the pictures are for sure not of the same day. Nick is a liar who lies all the time, so it is not like what he says is of any importance. Having said that, on the Casino interview, K asserts that even the photo with the police officer in it was not taken on the same day, and doesn't look like the body cam footage. This is a picture in the hot tub room, which was described on her own notes as the cleanest area. I think it caution is warranted here, because although it is known that Alicia Sweep did go back to the house, we haven't heard of other officers back at the house. Maybe they were back there with child services. I think there's a danger here with perception. Anyone who has tried to a buy a house knows how pictures can be very deceptive compared to actual footage, and I feel that there's a minuscule chance that Nick's pictures are indeed of the same day. I feel a lot can be done by merely reducing the quality of the images and making it hard to notice how dirty things are by blurring the details.

I think you're reading into that incorrectly. I imagine he is probably thinking exactly what I thought when she said that, despite being a woman myself... women who say they're spiritual generally connotates to 'I like astrology/New Age/vague beliefs that don't adhere to actual moral structures'.

I don't believe in God in any way, shape or form but even I struggle to avoid rolling my eyes when I hear somebody claiming that they're 'spiritual, but not religious'. I tend to interpret it as 'I can't be arsed to make the profound sacrifices that a real religious faith would demand of me, but I'd still like people to think of me as a deep thinker with a moral centre.'

Sorry, I just think of you as a bit of a dullard. What does spiritual even mean in the absence of religious faith? It means nothing at all to me. Are you some kind of pantheist? Just fuck off and go talk to somebody else. I'm not interested.

If Aaron's past stories are to be believed, Kayla wasn't enthusiastic on that night when April just showed up with her stuff in Spicer and announced she was there to stay.

A little bit of wife swapping hanky panky in which your husband gets to insert the balldo into somebody else is one thing. That wife leaving her husband to move into YOUR house where she's about to take up residence as Number One concubine is something else altogether. Especially when she's ten years younger than you are.

Kayla might be dumb but she's not completely retarded.
