As mentioned before in the thread, a quick google shows AT&T seems to have a 6 month No Hire policy. Only if you are made redundant or offered a deal on your leaving to allow rehire will save your ass. like eikaiwas and JET are very, very anal about company image and privacy (especially for kids). I would imagine that would be a risk factor they consider hiring any gaijins.
