The problem is that the author clearly wrote that as justification for the rape and torture of the female character. Rape was the goal and the author thought "how can I make this okay for my character to do?". It's clearly meant to be titillating, not horrific like Casca in Berserk (I know you are just being the devils advocate).

And Berserk's author drew a one-shot where he defends lolicon, some of Schierke/Guts interactions he drew are kinda eyebrow-raising and he also drew Gigantomachia where a little golem girl pees on a guy's face to heal his wounds or something like that. It makes sense in context but made me wonder if he drew those panels with one hand.

I feel like I have to say this, but I'm not entirely convinced that Elissa is telling the full truth here. like Faran, she's not entirely clean (almost nobody in the sektur is). If she has cancer that is terrible and I can only wish her the best.

These are the incidence rates for cancer for women, white (hispanic and non hispanics) by the NIH here.

The data in table form is attached below.

Which means at worst, the chance of Elissa age group is 1.1 per 100,000 or 0.0011%. Extrapolating that to the rate of cancer in total for that age group (132.6) you get 0.82%.
That means there is a 0.82% chance of pancreatic cancer of all the cancer victims in that the white female cohort in that age group.

If you take the census data, that means out of the total white, female population estimate of the US (6,038,029), then you get 66.41. So approximately in the US there are 67 women with Pancreatic cancer in that race and age group.

Remember way back when, Elissa had a fundraiser for a new car, an iphone, and an ipad to "keep clipping"? I do and it rubs me the wrong way. The phone and Ipad can easily be buffered or run out of memory, and in this case a pc (or desktop replacement laptop) would've been a better idea.

It is not remotely normal. Minnesota must be extremely fucked up, because if you got this many tickets and for such obviously illegal things, you'd eventually get hauled off in cuffs and forced to pay it or do the jail time that is often only a theoretical possibility on traffic tickets. In many states, real states, not failed states like Minnesota, they have an annual thing where they haul off scofflaws with a bunch of parking tickets.
