I wonder where it all went wrong with him, which forks in the road he chose to go down? What imagined or perceived slights or insecurities make someone this way? How can forty plus years of care, food, clothing, and education culminate in a day to day life of arguing on twitter and "trial streaming"?
He never got his ass beat and if he did he would learn nothing from it. In fact it would probably reinforce his worst tendencies.

At this point, there are no combination of choices that could lead to a happy life for the type of person Rekieta presently is. And still, he refuses to grow up.
This is a lot of words just to say that he's a nigger. He chose to be what he is and now the results of that kind of suck for him. So he is mindlessly flailing at everything around him because he realizes he's lost at life.

Just an observation...

If Nitrous Nick had pulled up, stopped and got help with is substance abuse, admitted the house was a hoarders nightmare and all those things a normal person would have done when they got a wake up call like this. He could have had a quiet break in rehab to get straight and come back with a moderately successful stream career covering things like Greer v Moon and so on.

They would be the perfect streams for him..he can call people retards and he would not have to do anything because the KiwiBro's would have done all the research for him. But now he cant..he cant do that at all..SUFFAH NICK you piece of shit

How does it feel to know that, from now until eternity, each time you kiss Kayla, Steel Toes Goo was in that mouth..you like his goo don't you Nicky boy
Nick was given infinite grace. Null declared him a "boring dead cow" once he resumed streaming after his trial because it was assumed this would be the wakeup call

Nick's crossed the Rubicon, there's no redemption left on Earth for him

the short version is: this is a constitutional issue with an incredible volume of case law supporting us in common law, minnesota constitutional law, and federal constitutional law, and so some 10-year-old supreme court administrative action not relevant to evidence does not matter at all.
The best criticism of Hardin's filing from White I think was him pointing out how this ain't Maryland, nor is it Federal Court. I'm sure Hardin knows a lot more about this subject than I do, but I would question if a Federal case from Maryland was the best case law to bring up in Minnesota State Court. I could be thinking about this wrong, thoughever

Ironically enough, Nick's friend and man he ruined his life trying to become, Juju the Cow, has gotten his hands on bodycam footage of his own enemy that he plans to profit off

US constitutional issues apply in every court. A constitutional ruling in federal Alaska can impact traffic court in Florida

It was over once he doubled-down on defaming Monty instead of apologizing like a normal person would. Once you stop covering content and turn yourself into content it's very difficult to come back.

Don't get me wrong. He was still somewhat charismatic, particularly covering Kurt's cooking vids (Sorry, who gave Kurt that idea? Those of us who take pride in cooking wept, laughed, and groaned along with Rekieta. Kurt doesn't even know how to brown meat.)

But we've seen the slop that Rekieta cooks. This was the pot calling the kettle black.

I'd been sceptical about Rekieta's claims to practice law prior to this. It was inconceivable to me that a practicing lawyer with a wife and kids could stay up drinking till the early hours of the morning every night like Rekieta did. But it was his doubling down when Monty threatened to sue that really drove the nail home. Real lawyers will go to huge lengths to avoid ending up in court themselves. He could have made this go away so quickly and easily. He does the opposite? WTF?

It's a persuasive authority and a good one since it raises issues for a federal appeal later on.

Maybe this wasn't always the case, but it seems like Rekieta can't stand being a lawyer because he can't stand confrontation.
I suspect it's because lawyers, as officers of the court, have an obligation to tell the truth. Nick has devolved from "truth" to "truth with a spin" to "technically true under very narrow definitions" to "true if to use my definition, which is different to yours" to "absolute fucking fairyland".
Objective truth is now utterly alien to Nick and he wouldn't last 5 minutes.

This legal expert, this titan of the court system, this Adonis with the brain of Solomon, this master manipulator whose subtle strategies bamboozle all who rise to oppose him, this GENIUS if you will, has everything under control. Go back to sleep, youtube audience, everything is fine.

Just like when he was 15, he will continue to escape all the consequences of his actions, because adult life works exactly like the life of a spoiled child,

Rekieta: being relatively lucky and getting away with shit is not a plan.
Do a flip.

Lawyers aren't under oath, and for good reason. They'd otherwise be struck by lightning on a daily basis.
Lawyers aren't put under oath in the courtroom like witnesses are, but they are required to swear an oath before being admitted to the bar.

While its practicality in modern times is questionable, as the writer goes on to explain:

Lawyers are still technically under an oath, just not the one we typically associate with the courtroom. Sorry in advance for the sperging.

His mugshot is hilarious, because just look how impotently angry he is, glaring at the camera while wearing his homosexual Jamaican cuck shirt advertising his absolute hunger for black cocks.

You can see that he's incredibly angry not just for being arrested but because he knows the Internet is laughing at him.

I don't think he could have fully realized repentance and also continued streaming. The alcohol was an integral part of his channel's ethos and his online persona.

It's the same as how so-called reformed e-thots pivot to Christianity; if you were truly repentant why would you continue to platform and breathe new life into your mistakes? Why doesn't the shame realized in repentance not compel you to go offline? It's probably because you didn't actually change your ways.

Yes, yes. Just like Doctors are with Hippocratic Oath, but in factuality it's just a solemn promise not legal as with like Malpractice.
