UPDATE: A tragic shooting near the iconic Bellagio Fountains in Las Vegas has left two people dead, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD).

Authorities were quick to clarify that the shooting did not take place inside a casino, and urged the public to avoid the area as the investigation continues.

During a press briefing in the early hours of Monday, Undersheriff Andrew Walsh confirmed that two individuals had died as a result of the shooting and that one suspect is currently in custody.

“We believe we know who the suspect is,” Walsh stated, indicating that law enforcement is confident in their ongoing efforts to fully resolve the case.

Details surrounding the motive and circumstances of the shooting remain under investigation.

ORIGINAL REPORT:

A shooting unfolded late Sunday night along the Las Vegas Strip, near the iconic Bellagio fountains, and was captured in real time on a livestream by a YouTuber.

The incident occurred just before 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time and has prompted an active investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). At least one person has reportedly been shot.

According to eyewitnesses and footage from a livestream, a YouTuber known as Finny Da Legend was broadcasting his walk along the Strip near the Bellagio fountains while accompanied by a woman.

During the stream, another individual—believed to be a fellow YouTuber who goes by SinCity-MannyWise or is affiliated with the Sin City Family channel—briefly appeared in the background before returning moments later and engaging in a heated confrontation with the woman.

Seconds later, the man could be seen pulling out a handgun and firing multiple shots off-screen.

The livestream recorded at least seven gunshots as bystanders screamed and fled for safety.

The woman accompanying the streamer appeared to grab the camera during the chaos and may have fallen to the ground. It is currently unclear if she was among the victims.

Witnesses on scene reported that at least one person had been struck by gunfire.

Some social media users later claimed a second person may have been injured, though authorities have not yet confirmed the number or identity of the victims.

The Bellagio Hotel & Casino was evacuated shortly after the incident as a precaution, though police have confirmed that the shooting did not take place inside any casino facility.

LVMPD released the following statement shortly after the shooting:

“We are responding to a shooting in the 3600 block of S. Las Vegas Boulevard. The shooting did not occur inside a casino. Please avoid the area.”

A significant law enforcement presence responded to the scene, with multiple patrol units and emergency responders seen surrounding the area.

As of this writing, no arrests have been publicly confirmed, and the identity of the suspected shooter has not been officially released.

The investigation remains ongoing, and anyone with information or relevant footage is encouraged to contact the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

The condition of the victims has not yet been disclosed. Further updates will be provided as more details become available.

Niggers are so righteously indignant that the first thought that registered in her very thick skull wasn't "oh no my husband is being killed." It was instead "did this mayo monkey just ignore me? ME - A BLACK NIGGER?"

Intellectual property is cope for people who don't actually produce anything of value.
> spends years and money onto R&D
> some kike steals the whole thing or a major company implements it x100

Wrong. Anti-intellectual property is a mindset that lazy people have, those who expects recipes to be given to them for free. Retards here at KF are only saying this shit due to Null dealing with DMCA abuse. People who are against intellectual property have never done anything of value themselves good enough to be stolen, which explains a lot why so many are against it.

Fair enough, IP is obviously important for a lot of industries and professions. YouTube streaming is not one of those industries or professions.

What the hell kind of writing is this? I can read a simple eight-word sentence, I don't require further explanation.
Journalism as a craft has has been dead for a long time. The only people who write for these outlets now are 90 IQ glop people who should be ground into a paste and used to lubricate heavy machinery.

I mean to give the woman the human benefit of the doubt, that is probably the most absurd thing to come out of a confrontation like that. What sane person is pulling a gun on someone over youtube beef? Also when has the protection of intellectual property truly helped an independent citizen in a post-internet world? It's companies/people who have the money to flex a lawyer over someone's head because they don't like what they're doing. Copyright is gay. Funny too that it's the mexican who chimps out on the blacks first

IP in the US are actively anti-innovation. People who don't hate IP with a passion don't see what companies are doing with patents. Once you see enough non-productive shell companies buy patents to attack companies that are actually productive, you start to hate them. Or Konami patenting gameplay on loading screens even though they didn't come up with the idea, or Facebook trying to patent apps that use facial recognition to display funny faces, or Nintendo patenting videogame mechanics, or years of lawsuits to determine who is allowed to remote into computers, you gradually begin to hate them. A lot of the time it's just companies picking up dubious or invalid patents in bankruptcies and using the legal system to threaten companies into settlements

If anyone is going to respond that the idea of IP is fine and it's just the law that's fucked up, I'll save you some time, because kill yourself

This is so strange, the casual nature of the post in community happenings, the nonchalant nature of everyone around. Grabbing the camera, nobody was doing anything despite being a metre away from someone with a gun. Dead person on the street and nobody gives a fuck, nobody tries to help. This is the most surreal shit ever.
Everyone is still driving past or standing there casually filming.
