Since, sadly, this is something which can be corrected if the plaintiff isn't retarded.

Filing a motion requesting the court strike the Plaintiff's inappropriate and unrelated porn from the record would be the perfect response for Hardin.

On May 12th, counsel for Defendants, Mr. Matthew Hardin, began contacting people in Winnemucca, Nevada because he was upset that Mr. Greer tried postponing a May 6th hearing.

Hardin wasn't contacting people to fulfill his professional duties, he was contacting people because he was upset.

Mr. Matthew Hardin bizarrely contacted nearly every single governmental department in Humboldt County and the City of Winnemucca and began requesting any and all communications from Russell Greer. Mr. Hardin began telling these entities about a decade old restraining order.

Hoo boy. You can tell Greee really doesn't like that restraining order being brought up.

This communication scared off the realtor and now the government entities in Winnemucca have a lesser view of Greer.

Yes, I'm sure the hunched, drooling, emotionally volatile wannabe whoremonger enjoyed a sterling reputation in Winnemucca until Hardin started sending emails.

The realtor has reported that Kiwi Farmers apparently want a “piece of my flesh” for even being connected to Greer.

Because it shows that he is either maliciously refusing to obey court orders, or is physically unable to do even the smallest parts of prosecuting a case.

I've been doin' some deep thinking on a couple of points.

1. Whose motions are more entertaining, Hardin's or Greee's? They're both great but for totally different reasons. Hardin's are great because he's sane, coherent, and sometimes catty. Russ's are great because they're pants-on-head retarded or might include a bunch of screenshots of whores.

2. There's some DEEP, DEEP irony in Russ embedding the whore screenshots onto his motion, then uploading to another system in that it's vaguely similar to what Russ is suing Null over. Obv, it's not 1:1 and no legal trouble will come from the whores towards the court, but who's now responsible for that upload? The court? Russ?

There’s so much doom and gloom about the judges and Utah court dealing with Greer’s stupidity but maybe we’re all off base.



Every day they have to deal with complex land sale fights, people suing insurance companies to be made whole after getting injured, divorce cases with kids and plenty of grim ones where there’s little justice to be found.



Then along comes Greer. Dripping his insanity and plights and willful recalcitrance onto the court. They give him a minor sanction and he files more bizarre plights. Today he’s accidentally included a bunch of ethots in his filing. The clerks and judges are probably wiping away tears of laughter.



Sadly, the fun has to end and this case needs to be put down. But that day isn’t today.
