Alexander Todd Workman, also known as XKeeper, is a 37 year old psychopatic manchild tranny who is one of the current jannies on the gaming wiki called The Cutting Room Floor, a website dedicated to archiving and discovering unused and cut content from video games. Alexander is quickly becoming one of the most hated tranny jannies on the site.
Why is that? Simple. He fits the stereotype of the powertripping tranny janny who is very easy to offend and will permaban you for anything whenever he feels like it to a tee. He gets off on the incredible authority that is being an admin of a website, despite how easily replaceable and worthless he actually is. (Not kidding about the whole "gets off" thing either, he literally admitted this on a porn account he owns when talking about his macro fetish.)
Workman very quickly caught the attention of the Farms, and most notably, the Sharty. In what could have been a minor, near-miss incident, Workman opted for the most extreme option of dealing with his problems, and because of that, he attracted the attention of many Kiwi Farms and Sharty users. He became the focal point of the whole controversy, because it was shown that he not only deals with the trolls in the worst way possible but he also actively destroys his own site with monumentally retarded decisions such as banning everyone, including those who are long time contributors to the site for the pettiest things. The incident on TCRF demonstrates his terrible immaturity and wannabe tough guy attitude.
Early Life:
The origins of Xkeeper on the internet can be traced all the way back to 2003. Like many terminally online troons, he found comfort in being in front of a computer and was able to find himself and a community in where he can fit in. This probably also contributed to his psychosis on being a powertripping tranny janny. His past provides an interesting look at the factors that led him to become the faggot he is today, and show how much a person can change for the worst to the point that they do something stupid like cutting their balls off.
One thing that Workman likes to wear as a badge of honor is being an old fag of Something Awful. Workman has been on the forum since October 27th, 2010. His SA account name is "Zamujasa" and he has made a total of 14352 posts on the forum, which means he was averaging about 2.69 posts per day. Although not much is known about what he posted during that time, it is known that he sperged a lot about Deltarune in 2018. Even this small look into his posts gives us a pretty clear idea of the kind of autistic troon (in the truest sense of the term) we're dealing with.
The weird thing about it is that he has been constantly and religiously talking about Delatrune since 2018, with the last update at the time of writing this thread being on June 9, 2025. Deltarune is uniquely the only thing Workman is perfectly hyperfixated on where he doesn't get smug or act like a massive sack of shit with people. Only you can decide whether or not that's a good or a bad thing.
And he's been on the forum since October of 2010. His Something Awful account is "Zamujasa", he's made a total of 14352 posts on the forum (2.69 per day), he registered on October 27th of that year.
If we look at the ban list of his account however, we quickly going to realize that he was a nuisance even back then in that forum as well, considering how much he was banned and reinstated.

If there is something a narcisstic person loves to do more than anything is constantly talking about his own problems, never doing anything to solve them but instead loving telling it to other people to make themselves look like a permanent victim. And this is exactly something that has been seen on Workman during his time on the internet. During various pages that he himself would create or have an account to register, he would write about how sad and miserable his life is.There is almost no mention of him actually being happy about something, there is always a constant state of misery and sadness that he needs to spill his guts out, he made this a couple of times in his life, and here are some examples of it.
The Hall of Failures:
As someone with a huge ego like him whose major achievement in life is being a mod for a bunch of sites, he felt like the best way to write about his life is also listing his list of major project busts. Of course, despite these supposedly being his life's "achievements", he cynically called his list the "Hall of Failures". This is a gay little page he made way back in 2004, and updated up until 2008. Workman appears to be yet another person with big aspirations but no ability to deliver or fully complete anything. All he can do is list his incomplete projects as a reminder of how little he's accomplished on his sad little webpage of broken dreams.

Judging by what we see here, we have the classic portrayal of parents that were not emotionally attached to him. He had the kind of parents that saw having feewings as a sign of weakness. But this was his journal, and he will pour his heart into it along with all of his pain! I would not be surprised if this guy was an emo at one point in his life and received wedgies at school.
And here's another unsurprising villain origin story trope, he was tragically a child of divorce. Because his parents lived apart from one another for so long, it became impossible for him to find a sustainable social life considering how often he moved. It also had a negative effect on him academically. It even reached a point where he didn't feel at home anywhere. Sadge.
If we take him at his word, he grew up with strict parents who didn't take him seriously, and didn't want him to get too comfy with a computer, all while he was getting more and more depressed. They thought his sadness was because of the computer and prohibited him from using it. This could partially explain why he acts the way he does right now.
Dreamwith:
Dreamwith is a webpage where you can create your own journal to write all your personal secrets in and customize to your liking. Naturally, Xkeeper took some time to write about several of his deepest secrets in there. Some of these show his sadness, while others highlight just how much of a massive piece of shit he really is.Take this example where he mentions how someone which he apparently had a crush on made a game for a contest. Alex apparently felt that the content shown in the game was something that was directed at him. He wasn't going to play it despite people insisting him to do it. He never did, and when he finally got his hands on it, he ripped it apart and looked at the internal files. This suggests that he intentionally sabotaged the archives of the game and only sees values in the archives, not the game itself. And somehow he is the victim in this situation.

The Janny Life:
The Janny lifestyle is serious business for Mr. Workman. It is painfully obvious that the reason Workman takes his job as an administrator/moderator so seriously is because this is the only way he can feel like he's in a position of power in his sad, pathetic life.
With this power, he is able to act however he wants, controlling forums and websites to his liking without anybody being able to oppose him. Workman will often create his own authoritarian rules and get his equally mentally ill friends to assist him in destroying whatever is left of a website he gets his grubby, fat, male hands on. Of crouse, with someone this mentally stable, you can be that he totally won't abuse his power and permaban anyone who dares show dissent.
For some unexplainable reason, Xkeeper went on to infiltrate forums and moderate some of them throughout his online life. Many of them have had a terrible user experience with this faggot at the helm. Some of them expelled Workman for being such an unlikeable cunt, while others, like The Cutting Room Floor, gave him so much power that it's virtually impossible to kick him out. If it doesn't result in Workman burning the whole site to the ground so no one else can have it. That's a pretty mature response for someone with that much authority, right?
He has a bone to pick with the Sharty and Kiwi Farms. As you can see here, when a KF user accidentally got outed, Workman even including a lovely threat about defenestration, once again highlighting his violent messages and how he sees banning as killing people.
Here are some notable chapters of the life of this tranny janny, which illustrate why he is so hated by many groups he was once a part of, but thankfully exiled from. Unfortunately, Workam stayed in others only to be a leech who alienates the entire userbase.

Alex vs The Kiwi Farms:
Like every terminally online troon, Alex really hates the Farms. He gets vitriolic by the mere mention of it and would probably insult you and wish you the worst if you even mention that you merely took a quick look into the site. Sometimes this would get him to enter a manic frenzy of rage and get irrationally aggressive towards the people he thinks are regular users who wants to see trannies hanged, when in reality these are just users who are curious why the Kiwi Farms is looking into the site now.Case and point, when user kona2kona got in contact with other people to see what was going to happen with the TCRF site and how they could avoid many entries being potentially deleted by his whining, they had a rather interesting story to say about him and how he approached them one time. They mentioned that they explained scraping the site to the admins, but for some strange reason, Xkeeper hit them with snide remark, saying a weird analogy about how "if they park a car in a nazi parking lot and then in his driveway, they have to leave...", whatever the fuck that means.
After they told this mysterious admin about how they shouldn't use the referrer link. He entered a tard rage and started accusing them of being KF users while also supporting them getting doxxxxxxxed and harassed.
After a little while, kona2kona provided the exact screenshots of this exchange.
It started with them sending a rather calm and civil email, even saying sorry for scraping the site, clarifying that they do not take part in the Kiwi Farms/Sharty scraping of it and arguing that they did it because of privacy reasons and to access the site in a more convenient way. He even told him that he was happy about the Pride month garbage that was getting pushed onn the site (this was probably done as a gesture of good faith to Workman to prevent him from to getting the wrong idea.)
And how do you think he's going to react? Exactly. Xkeeper quickly got aggressive at them. He probably didn't read the entire thing and went straight to attacking and accusing them of being part of the "harassment forum". He also acts like getting the IP from people on the forum and the Sharty is completely okay when HE is the one doing it.
Once again, a super rational reply, complete with information about how KF could absolutely troll the shit out of someone with the referral ban, or as we already know, just open it in a new tab. It's simple, really. The other thing of note is how they're saying that it's just bad practice and ethics to abuse a referrer system, which is absolutely true.
Alex then goes back to his psychopatic behavior once again. He gets manipulative, telling them that the "other" side would love to get him killed or get him to kill himself. Then he proceeds to tell him that he will not get an archive and will not get forgiveness from him, even though he explicitly CLARIFIED that he was not part of the forum in any way, showing once again his neurotic paranoia.
The contacts of kona2kona did NOT take this answer well however, and made a great response to these schizophrenic remarks. They take down each and every single one of XKeeper's statements one by one. Kudos to them to have the patience to reply to the deranged accusations made by this whale.
Big mistake, because this sends Xkeeper into maximum seething and tranny rage. Making it perfectly clear that he does not want people from Kiwi Farms in his gaming archiving website, he still accuses this guy of being a user even though he had to tell him that he's not one of them. He didn't realize that Joblessman made his decision a long time ago when dealing with him, and again, he talks to him in a condescending tone.
He even can't help himself with his narcissistic attitude while dealing with him for the final email. He basically told him "Good luck making a website that it's as cool and so much better than mine, I will not help you because I'm better than you." If there is any doubt that this dude is a narcissistic sack of shit, this is your reminder.
He hates Kiwi Farms so much that he is incapable of considering that people who are curious about the drama unfolding there might have a natural curiosity in exploring the site without any alterior or malicous motives. He quickly jumps to the conclusion that the people on Kiwi Farms are coming for him, acting this way towards people who have nothing to do with the place. Even the mere mention of the site puts him in a state of total hatred and rage, causing him to become hostile towards anyone.
This is the kind of person who moderates a site all about preservation and could sabotage it at any time if his ego is threatened.

The most shining example of Workman being a backstabbing piece of shit when he feels like it was a relatively recent incident (at the time of the writing of this thread of course), serving as a prelude to what was going to happen on the site during this Pride Month.It began on June of 2025, during the start of Pride Month. Of course, someone as egotistical as him was going to try and plaster his tranny flag over the logo of the site. He also shamelessly plagiarized the image made by fellow Kiw @NoonmanR.

NoonmanR talks about an experience he saw with Xkeeper and one of the troons also working on the website whose name is Josephine Litius, also known as "Jo Li", . When Jo Li gave the slightest bit of criticism on the change of the TCRF logo to the tranny flag, Workman acted like an extremely obnoxious asshole to this user. When the discussion about the tranny flag being put there would obviously alienate some of the fanbase began, he didn't missed a beat on being as unlikeable as possible and began seething furiously.
As you can see here, he made no attempt to be remotely civil and began immediately shitting himself with rage:
Jo Li, to avoid derailing the conversation on the discussion page, tried to have a conversation with Workman, but Workman was too good for that, and decided once again to act like a complete piece of shit to him. He answered in the most aggressive way possible every time Jo Li tried to have a cordial conversation with him. Additionally, he stated in the cheesiest way possible that didn't want people hateful on his website.
He wasn't banned because of it, but he didn't last very long on the site because after this incident, he made another post, saying that he was tired on what was going on in the site. Being extremely fair here, to be a tranny, he gave one of the most self-aware and concise statements about the state of the site, and how he pulled the bandaid on Workman, saying that he was effectively gatekeeping the community and being a powertripping janny that bans other people for their dissenting opinions.
The janny pig did not like that one bit and achieved thermonuclear levels of seething never seen before. It started when he responded to this post, and instantly banned him after posting it. This is a big wall of text, but to sum it up quickly, it is mostly seething between other fags and their fucking insane metal gymnastics about how researching video games and scraping them little by little is somehow connected with gender politics.
For a man who cares so much about the LGBT crowd and wants to honour them during Pride Month on his site, he sure didn't miss a beat when he told his fellow trans colleague to "fuck off and die" while also adding that he will see him in Hell.
Not content with just banning him, he went to his profile and left this little message dedicated to him, to show how totally not mad he is and how he sure taught him a lesson to not make the Janny angwy.

After this ban, XKeeper simply made a post on the main talk page at the very bottom explaining their retarded black and white thinking: Unconditionally agree with us, or get out. To sound threatening when he does it, he doesn't just say you're being banned, instead he treats it as ending your life. Once again, this shows his incredibly violent thoughts on a keyboard.
Why is this chapter so important while talking about Alexander? Easy.
It's because it's not about doing what's best for the LGBT community for him, it's all about trying to control people's opinions on his website, even if that means banning people who are involved in the same group as him. Workman knows this, and he doesn't care. You have to act like a pawn on his website, you have to act and follow the same opinions as him and agree to everything he does or says, or he will permaban you and insult you in the process. That sure sounds like the mark of a healthy, wholesome and welcoming community, doesn't it?
However, this would be a huge mistake, as this unhinged attitude was quickly detected by people who were already taking notice on how this fat sack of shit was operating.
The Meltdown heard around the Farms:
After he banned Jo Li and made that pathetic spectacle about his Janny shenanigans, he seems to have noticed that everything he was posting there was being shared on Kiwi Farms. In a huge revelation made by @kona2kona, it was revealed that clicking on any of the links that referenced the posts where he was acting like a spastic violent retard were getting filtered and would get you IP banned from the site permanently.
How did he find this? Well, the answer is even more insane. He discovered that someone entered the Farms only to lurk what was going on with the information given in it and the drama surrounding the ban of Jo Li, and that apparently was enough for his account to be banned for one month because of it.
This is the screenshot that started it all was this. When a user named forple made a petition to restore his account because he didn't know why he was banned and didn't understood what was happening.
How did this retarded hog react about it? Well, in the way you probably expected: Getting aggressive towards this user for the heinous crime of only lurking this thread for a couple of minutes.
Next image. XKeeper goes for the accusation and tries to call them out for acting dumb, expecting a genuine reaction, but it's clear that forple/MK5 likely doesn't know what they're on about, other than a basic backstory about the past drama and more.
He doesn't skip a beat on showing off his epic le reddit "l33t haxxor" hacking skillz to the guy.
With zero hesitation, he just kicked the guy out, because he malded to the extreme about it, without losing his condescending tone for even a second. He then just left for the night because he just didn't want to deal with anymore it for the time being.
The absolute lack of self-awareness in the next statement is just delicious. Like a good tranny, he doesn't skip a beat on being a hypocrite.
This act of lunacy didn't stop there. After this got the buzz from Kiwi Farms and the Sharty, one user commented that this is the screenshot he got when he tried to open the site.
Then, the Pandora's Box was opened. This act of pettiness by Xkeeper pulled a huge Streisand Effect and attracted people from two sites to try and see what was going on.
After seeing this kind of attention that was giving to himself, far from ending it, Workman started to play tricks on the page, each one more retarded and petty than the last. The hog janny wanted war!
After Jo Li's ban, he didn't stop thinking that banning him was a kind of "own" against the Farms. Again, He has no self-awareness whatsoever.
He then started updating the forbidden page, with extreme passive-aggressiveness. He was totally not at all mad with the attention he was bringing onto himself.
Yes, that's right, he was starting to get into the IPs of people that wanted to enter the site and started IP-banning them, because the tranny wasn't liking that his douchebaggery was being exposed in front of all foreign users who will probably think of him as a neurotic sociopath.
The malding only got worse as time passed.
Then it got even more personal to the Farms, giving you a special message if you tried to enter from the forum. Again, the lovely LGBT ally who is also a tranny didn't get the sweet irony of telling someone else to kill themselves. He's not even brave enough to say it like it is without having to censor himself.
This obviously made the fire burn even brighter than before, and the tranny had the unrestrained ego and arrogance to keep doubling down every single time.
When you tried to open from any other site, it filled your screen with this.
With his epic hacker skills, he was trying to mess with the bandwith to get a one up on the users. It got more and more aggressive to the point that he even started a counter on how many "losers" he was banning to show how much of an important janny he is, which he shortly stopped doing it after realizing how people were just laughing at the stupidity of it.
What the Farms didn't notice was that they were not the only ones who caught wind of this situation. The Sharty was already onto this guy, and they were ready to rip him apart. It was easy for the phonebook to be droped off, and now we can finally have a perfect look of his potato face.

They even managed to do some funny vandalism to one of the site's wiki entries.
The deranged forbidden messages just kept going. It was obvious that he was having a meltdown at this point, judging by how "unbothered" he looked.
It got to the point that he had no choice but to temporarily ban random users because of his paranoia. Totally the best move for dealing with a raid like that.
But it didn't stop him from suggesting that people should join the Discord just to beg him for their accounts back. He was 100% getting off on that thought. Getting people to beg him for his favour.
Finally, when the heat was getting too hot for them to handle, they ended up closing invites to the Discord.
After a while of updating the forbidden page to show how not mad he really was, he was so retarded and unbothered to research who was doing the raiding that he assumed that it was people from 4CHAN doing it and not people from the Sharty.
He's so full of himself that he thinks that the ban he was doing was like a kill count for him, not being even remotely subtle at all with his murderous fantasies. Like the cunt he is, he banned another user for even speak out against it.
He's such a tough guy that he's willing to fight you and kicking your ass for having pride! Choose your actions carefully, chud!
In case banning people just for having a single sight of Kiwi Farms or the Sharty wasn't enough to prove how fucking deranged he is, not content with just that and to avoid the Sharty raid, XKeeper started bragging on his social accounts about creating zip-bombs, which are basically malware to infect computers so no one can get in. These zip-bombs also have the potential to infect other users' accounts that have nothing to do with any of this as well, essentially making the web page a malware site like your typical pirated movie page. But does he care about that? Of course not! To him, the most important thing right now is owning the chuds and infecting them with virus to get back at them! He deleted the post shortly after, because he knew that bragging about intentionally creating virus on your web page could get some serious problems with the ISP hosting the site. It sure would suck if a the screenshots were picked up inn time so he couldn't brush off this. Oh wait!
