It’s much less dramatic than that. It basically just decouples the carriage of a stationary/crawling locomotive. The best that happens is the cops ask him to stop while he’s shirtless and screaming about the stalking during his act of Jihad.

To me it looks like it was a typical helicopter, you can find them with the blue lights under them. Seen one here filming the fireworks display for the local news before. When the CN Tower does it, that's when you really need a helicopter to get good video of it. Angle you have to record you wont see much from the ground.

I feel like most people have a large misunderstanding of just how terrible the train traffic actually is in that area. Here is an image depicting what the locals call "the triangle of death", because it is quite literally inescapable:

Sure, if you're outside the triangle, you can just easily drive around it. However, anyone that is inside this triangle at the wrong time can easily be stuck without an actual exit. It is very common for UP to have their trains be up to 3 miles long, meaning that they can quite literally sit there for hours.

As much as this guy might be a schizo retard, his hatred for UP is entirely valid. The whole "hurrrrrrr just move if you don't like it" is a brain dead take, not everyone can/wants to move because a corporation is ruining the quality of life and safety of the inhabitants there. Most likely outcome is putting in warning signals far ahead the triangle to alert drivers and pedestrians ahead of time, which is also shown in the image above.

I know this is wordswordswords already but I also want to briefly touch on the fact that this affects other parts of the supply chain (commercial drivers), as well as emergency services.

LEO will usually use your first name to seem more trustworthy if they already know it prior. If you've ever dealt with cops they will use your name to coerce you into opening a door or to, what they call, "soft-detain" you. He was probably verbally warned that they were gonna copper his ass when he called them 15 times. He also stated in the video that he's called numerous times to the police, so they likely know him from the complaints he made himself and he's already been arrested for this prior. Also, Shawn was in his right to tell the cop to fuck off because he technically didn't break any laws. He also says "You just have to give up" in response to the cop telling him that "if it doesn't work the first time" that he should give up. The cop then says "do you not think it effects us too?" which is a retarded argument.

He's actually kind of based in the way he converses with the cop. He's non-combative but he speaks his mind about his perceived boogeyman, the cop states that Shawn is harassing Union Pacific, he immediately retorts "what part of the law am I violating, the cop states that it's "harassment in the third degree":harassment iowa.PNG
I'm not a lawyer: This is a catch-all that cops will use to charge you with anything, similar to misdemeanor "disturbance" or "disorderly conduct". These charges never stick if they are the only charge. The DA in most states are literally not allowed to bring them onto you, they literally throw them out unless it has a felony or another violent misdemeanor on them.

Shawn then states that he has not made any threats and is calling them to make a complaint. At this point the cop should have put his balls behind his asscheeks and left, however his ego needs him to stand with whatever stupid complaint a railway made to harass Shawn.

At 3:40 in the video, the cop states that he will "come back and arrest him" which is a lie. They cannot legally detain nor arrest for a 3rd degree harassment charge unless it's an unlawful crime; from my understand it would be a civil citation because they have already arrested him and have likely had their butt's puckered in front of their DA/chief for the arrest because the charges were thrown out. If he were arrested for this it would get thrown the fuck out of the DA's office again harder than mechagodzilla's metal asshole.

The cop is a complete dickhead for a few minutes and both of them repeat themselves ad verbatim for another 15 minutes.

I'm not trying to side with Shawn. The fact that he simply doesn't want the trainnigger near him or within eyesight of him is hilarious and top-tier schizo. Maybe he hates them cattletrains that killed our boy Terry (whose death anniversary is this Sunday). I simply do not like gay cops and their retarded antics. Someone should teach Shawn how to file a proper complaint to an agency that will absolutely shit down that trainniger's neck.

10/10 though, my sides are in orbit. Small town schizos are a delicacy. This dude seems like a legit lolcow and I'm all for it.

Ragefilled spergout Shawn uploaded on the 1st of February. I'm not sure what it was about this specific incident that got him this mad.



Also at around 2:52 someone in a car drives by and says something but I can't make out exactly what they said or if they were even saying it to Shawn.

He uploaded another video on the 28th but nothing of note is to be said besides another own on train trolls and the Union Pathetic.


Only thing to note in this video is the odd sound of what I think is water dripping.

Overall good thread, he's like the bizarro version of train spotters.
