Which could be a very good thing. Nick desperately wants to air all his gay poly relationship nonsense in a courtroom in a trial. He wants his wife to give humiliating public testimony about herself and Aaron which would all be undisputed public material. And in the context of a public trial, Aaron isn't really bound in terms of what he can say about anyone. By reports, Nick gave a giant statement in the criminal trial. In a civil trial where he is completely legally unrestrained, he would probably be even worse.

Its not so good for Aaron (sorry Aaron), but in terms of entertainment value, it might offer up alot.

Cocaine - Vasoconstricter

Provigil - Vasoconstricter
Adderall - Vasoconstricter
Nitrous Oxide -Vasodilator
MDMA - increases heart rate, not the worst
Rugieta - vasodilator, it’s effectively a stronger viagra

Beyond just drugs, Nick not getting enough sleep is also bad. It’ll contribute to a rise in blood pressure because a goods nights sleep helps drop it. His shitty diet and lack of exercise also could contribute to a lower blood pressure, but depending on what he eats (ramen and dorito) the sodium will jack it up.

I am not a doctor (I do have a degree in the field and did research in medicine), but Nick’s health even from a glance is shitty. You can’t and shouldn’t go between extremes. I’m not going into the fact that most of his drug use probably fucks with any chance of his body repairing itself (B12 issues, wet brain). Nick’s habits and behaviors basically guarantee that his body is fighting a losing battle.

Also, I am pretty sure Nick has AIDS.

Looked up the health consequences of cocaine today, and it’s not pretty.

*Cocaine in combination with alcohol is particularly toxic for circulatory system. (The two metabolize into a third substance, whose name escapes me, and which is really bad for the heart.)

*Using Cocaine has been tied to permanent brain damage and prematurely ages parts of the brain.

*Cocaine is of course also known for permanently fucking up your nose and the tissue there.

Just looking at Rekieta stream now it’s pretty obvious imho that whatever quick wit he had is gone. Much of the time he goes “ehm” and “ahh” in the middle of a sentence.

No. It’s not bad enough where you go: “This guy has drank himself dumb!”, but if you compare how Rekieta used to talk with now, you can see the difference.

Around timestamp 25:15, Nick goes into an explanation of “why he & Josh fought.” Nick doesn’t acknowledge how he was high out of his mind when that relationship drifted. This applies to so many of Nick’s relationships, just about every single one has completely changed because Nick was spinning out of control, but here he is, blaming everyone else, still.

It would be a potentially very expensive and very public felting for Rekieta though.

While Im sure that he has managed to convince himself that it’s a slam dunk win, between his coke addled brain and lack of legal acumen, but I don’t see how he could win a trial, between the obvious issues of Nick being a public figure, and him tarnishing his own reputation.

(Plus he’s so fucking unlikable that the best he can hope for with a jury is a nominal amount, lol!)

But by all means, Nick… Go ahead! I’m sure a six figure lolsuit where all of Lawtube is shitting on you will be just the thing to really stick it to Null!

I can’t wait to see Nick seethe and slither as the opposing counsel puts up the lewds that Kayla’s posted on her locals, and ask Nick (or Kayla!) how a picture she posed for, that Aaron showed to a friend, irredeemably damaged them.

Remember that Mama K suspected Nick had a mole at the courthouse (possibly the metal detector guy) because while she visited, word apparently got back to Nick and then back to the courthouse where she was suddenly given the cold shoulder.

I prefer the name "Rekieta's Law" has a nicer ring to it! Would also accept "The Rekieta Law" not to be confused with "RekietaLaw," a defunct law office or "Rekietalaw" a LawTube show that apparently wasn't about the law
