Im not perfectly familiar with the american legal system, but typically they should be allowed to enter new evidence be4 the discovery phase is closed (of course there are differences in each state). Since Pxie hasnt had even one discovery hearing so far, i dont think that new evidence should be inadmissable right now. Also, Abby has already been mentioned in a filing a few weeks ago, so i do think that her testamony should be admissable in court.

Well my account was approved initially. Got an email saying it was approved. Now I guess there's a secondary approval process because every time I post on this thread it's "invisible to others" until "approved by moderator". And I can't even DM the mods (whoever they are) because I don't have DM privileges yet! Mods when you see this can you approve my account so I can DM? Thank you!

IIRC as long as you behave yourself and don't shit up any threads you'll be approved in no time, just a normal process everyone goes through. Good luck with your DM I hope you have juicy gossip to share.
