Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

P.S. Elaborate about the brony thread.

That thread is idiotic, and also, my word DOES influence you because what you are doing that I am telling you to stop consists of harassment and defamation of ME.

No.

Didn't see any limits here, Moleman. Show me any law that proves it.

The 1st Amendment has limits, and this site's activity unambiguously violates those.
Nope, you made yourself a public figure and as such are subject to parody and yes, conversation.

Gabe, if you don't want us to discuss you, don't post shit that we like to discuss. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

NO cyberbullying laws exist, if they did this site and many others would have been shut down already.

Where in the first Amendment does it say we can't talk about a person and discuss them. It's no different than celebrity gossip.
There are common–sense limits to how mean–spirited parody and "discussion" can get before they become harassment.

That's like saying cyberbullying isn't illegal.
