Well this is certainly a new flavor of Train Autist. A group whom nature by and large conspires to make mostly harmless. Was this dude bad touched by Thomas the Tank Engine as a child?
But damb his Schizo assigning personalities and motives to the individual locomotives is glorious. Thank you for featuring him. We haven't had a Schizocow quite this entertaining since Saint Terry left us. This dudes got some great narrative chops. He really sells his utterly insane world building.

Oh and just to fully stress the lunacy. Shawn's House appears to be a turn of the century "Railroad Cottage". It was a home, in a neighborhood, built by the Railroad, to house their workers. Close to where they work.

It's 2000 and UP 5024 is once again outside Shawn B's abode. Clearly, they aren't stalking him any more because he's been jailed. It's not because the switcher's working at the near side of the yard today.
Side note, I've yet to see a single instance of loaded tank cars being sent through his neighbourhood. You can usually tell from the weight resting on the springs between either wheel set. At worst, those have a film of water with a bit of acid on the bottom.
