His whole contention is Ethan is a making a litigious/political attack on people and that it might ruin the "victims" lives, and that people who agree with Ethan are morally wrong. Kuihman has pretty balanced takes when you factor in the rest of the commentary community and his prior coverage on destiny, most of the commentary community swept for destiny until it was a determent to do so.

I want to see where this goes and if it actually does affect fair use, I also want to see if the actual copyright itself will be challenged since ethan used clips from other content creators some being from the people hes suing. ik its a debate of REACT HARDER RETARD and ethan may have reacted hard enough to justify fair use to copyright other peoples content but we will just have to wait and see, this will take years regardless if those being sued decide to challenge it. Imo as ethan has made it clear this is just to cause pain to those he feels wronged by and a bulk of that lawsuit is probably going to be stricken from the record as its irrelevant, the bones of the lawsuits are the copyright claim not the other stuff just thrown in there, this will change nothing in the grand scheme of things.
