Yeah it should include other parties who are intimately involved like that.
I nerded out and looked up the history of TROs. Predictably, they were invoked as part of the women's movement in the 1970s to protect women from abuse, harassment, etc. Since then, however, the low burden of proof and misuse of them, particularly by divorcing parties to gain a tactical advantage, warrants an entire section on Wiki.

In the Internet age it seems like there should be new provisions or guidelines or something. It's amusing that most of us support the accusations of RP against Destiny but are against Kayla's against Aaron. It's all rather messy.

It seems like if you knowingly participate in the taking of naked images of yourself, you lose some expectations for privacy... but I haven't really thought it through.

Reminds me of Sarah Boone (suitcase murderer), who would have a TRO on her boyfriend, then invite him to break it so she could call the police on him.
That should count as her breaking it...

I feel like if you're married with five kids and find yourself over at Aaron Imholte's basement posing nude for him just off camera while he live streams "The Steel Toe Morning Show" you should lose all rights to the image

Feminism being dogshit how surprising. Kayla is the product of feminism.

In my opinion, if you willingly pose for/send the nude, it's no longer yours and the person you sent them to can do with them as they see fit. No different than giving someone a gift. If you are concerned they might spread it around or give it someone else, don't fucking do it to begin with. Simple solution, but it requires personal accountability which is kryptonite to certain demographics.

Kayla is a whore with no self respect that publicly posted nudes of herself multiple times before the Aaron incident, even commenting that she enjoyed showing off

This is 100% Nick coercing her to testify in order to get revenge on Aaron, and, based on local rumors, he's not coercing her in a kind way (have to get those actual tears flowing)

I can only assume this is Nick wanting to have gay sex with Melton

We're approaching cop at denny's level mental state, tomorrow is going to be incredible

If we assume whatever Nicks scheme for Aaron is succeeds, I wonder what his next move will be when he realizes it hasn’t fixed his problems or filled the emptiness in his soul
Assuming he gets his toe shaped ex boyfriend packed away for a few months max (already fairly unlikely) I think he moves on to trying to find a way to up his drug intake without breaking his parole. The false confidence extracting 3-5 KNUs from Aaron will launch Nick into even more reckless coke connects.

He'll try to fill it by seething at someone else

Kurt, Sean, Josh, Mama K, Keanu, Ashton, Andy

He has a lot of people to rage at, plus he'd feel emboldened by stalking Aaron and spamming the courthouse working

He's already said, he's going to do lawfare.

Maybe it's just pointless tough guy acting, but I think he truly is retarded enough to think he can pull it off. And it will be very entertaining for all of us.

>Histrionic
Did this nitrous huffing queer learn another funny word to use? From myopic, specter, comeuppance, and now this?
He learned about the word during the Depp v Heard trial, during the testimony of the psychiatrist/psychologist that Depp used who interviewed Heard (who had almost every single "symptom" of PTSD which is basically impossible unless you're lying, which she was, obviously): she mentioned Heard had histrionic tendencies.

After Nick heard the word, he looked up its meaning and then repeatedly referred to Ralph as histrionic.

No, I'm not making this up.

Nick "Creative Writing Major" Cokeita, is like a kid at Christmas when he discovers a new word, for him.

I've got some new words for you Nick. Your paroxysms are becoming quotidian. Please use these in your seethe posts on xitter, stupid faggot.
