Ethan is taking sword and shield like his Maccabean ancestors to protect the forum from cringe faggotry.
This scenario is more like if Vordrak was somehow able to start throwing lawsuits at Nick Rekieta under the guise of exposing Nick for breaking his supervision order, while secretly doing it because Nick made fun of his court cases.

It'd be funny to watch Balldo crash and burn again (and a relief those kids away from him), but it wouldn't suddenly make Vordrak based (or a friend of the farms), and ends up as sour milk because it's unpalatable to see Vordrak get his way.

The only reason Ethan hasn't attacked the farms is because we're generally not seen as a credible source to his audience/leftist detractors he's "at war" with (and we're currently a useful resource for anti-Hasan ammo since we also dislike Hasan). Ethan is the epitome of "he can dish out but can't take it"; if the wind blew a different way he'd be throwing so many lawsuits at the Farms that Null would have to open a subforum in "take that off the internet".

Watching Kaceytron feels like rapidly switching between well-acted sketch bit and genuine retardation.
Like I want to believe she's self-aware when she's crushing volcano bags between tarot readings and taking legal advice from "some girl who's dad is a paralegal", but then she's so fucked up I crash back to reality and remember she's a junkie.
In another life and significantly less cannabis intake, she could make a capable DeagleNation-style offshoot.

Im pretty sure she's eggless by now why does she need the vasectomy?
You thought 34 year old women are infertile? Hila was 31-36 when she gave birth to her three sons. Granted, they had to use IVF (except for the first baby, I think?) so I can see why you reached this conclusion, but I would guess the problem was actually on Ethan's end since he is obese, inbred and has said he can't get it up due to his psychiatric medications.

It's not because of her age, it's because the amount of THC and alcohol she's consumed over the past 20 years would have pickled her ovaries and made her infertile.

This is something we should keep in mind. The lawsuit from Ethan is not about copyright, even if he has a case regarding it. His actual reason is obviously to financially ruin his a-logs using lawfare. I am somewhat concerned about him going after his hate subreddits specifically, and how bad of a precedent it could set for the forum. I can imagine someone going after the Farms just to silence us using “copyright” as an excuse.

At one point, u/Pale-Explanation-709 used ChatGPT to write a laundry list of "ethical issues" surrounding the rescue, most of which don't appear to apply directly to SaveAFox.

Other users began posting to the subreddit as well.

A video of Mikayla shooing a fox away with her foot was posted as evidence of her "Kicking a fox"

The subreddit accused Mikayla "selling Ruby's fur" because Mikayla was selling Ruby's shed in little jars.

backup of Taylor Lorenz leaked a conversation- ethan side- @AssignedEva

She took it to the DMs and linked it to Ethan making weird comments about the 17 year old Boston Bombing victim, which Ethan switched to dismissing as "being ten years ago". She did also try unsuccessfully to frame herself as a young woman (Taylor is 41). Ethan still somehow manages to come across as the more deranged in this exchange because he accused her of being part of the grand snark conspiracy that's out to ruin his life

Ethan followed this up by rewatching his debate with Hasan (not on stream, seemingly on his own - he's supposedly "on vacation" at the moment) and has latched on to a detail from the chat

View attachment 7548202

A little digging has revealed that "Chris CPS" has had the username for quite a few years, and the CPS stands for "Club de Portgual Sporting", but Ethan apparently believes he's uncovered another layer of the grand snarker cabal with Hasan at the centre.

Hosting full copyrighted works on the farms is asking for a copyright suit regardless of Ethans case.

To be more precise, the 9th Circuit allows anti-SLAPPs in diversity jurisdiction cases, but this is a federal question case.
It's a little more complicated than that but I won't really go into it. A major problem is that it's the fucked up 9th Circuit and you could easily draw a panel that decides not to follow even previous 9th Circuit panel decisions.

That said, federal question preempts Erie considerations and it almost certainly doesn't apply. The California defendant(s) would have to raise it in something like a Rule 11 sanctions motion, and I really don't see that flying at all.

I can't see any summary judgment going against Klein here. The defendants have all quite intentionally infringed on his copyrights, and even with the specific intent of causing him financial harm. The only issue up for any kind of reasonable debate is how much are they liable for.

That's an argument that goes more to the appropriate amount of statutory damages than whether infringement occurred. Infringement definitely occurred, and copyright and IP law in general is draconian as fuck and doesn't care as to liability itself.

I think Ethan has been such a smug scumfuck he's probably gimped his damages argument and limited his recovery. His lawyers will probably get fees awarded, though, and it's quite apparent he wants revenge more than money, much like Shylock.

I keep thinking about this and this has to be the biggest case of internet schaudenfraude I can recall in the last decade and it's been immensely entertaining. A level of own like this is so brutal and seeing them freak out about this live feels almost pornographic.

It's really refreshing to not have to do anything and watch your enemies tear each other apart, plus I heard some rumor on X that this is just phase 1 of the jew's Death Note gambit and there's another bombshell coming. Wouldn't really surprise me, Ethan strikes me as a very vindictive person and once the seal is broken on going on the offensive I wouldn't be surprised if there is more to come for the actual redditors involved and some other creators. I probably would too if they went after my family.

This whole saga has been my guilty pleasure, these people are all human garbage and the drama is so petty but I secretly get so much trashy satisfaction out of it. It's literally the Jerry Springer show for zoomers. At the end of the day Hasan reminds me of that one kid in everyone's high school that probably would have fit in with the preppy kids on the bottom of the social totem pole but instead decided to go hang out with the weird kids so he could be at the top and get all the control. There's something incredibly off putting about him that I can't put my finger on.

That’s actually disgusting. As far as I know, she was just a lady who was passionate about foxes and Reddit demons made her their victim. She never engaged in snark Reddits (afaik) to harass her enemies like Ethan did.
She didn’t dox people live to her disgusting goblin dungeon like Ethan did. He always tries to weaponize the internet against people he hates.

He shouldn’t be comparing himself. If he genuinely wanted to shed light on her tragedy that’d be fine, but he’s such a selfish POS, it’s ALWAYS about him even when it’s not.
