A CONSENT Order not supported by any MN law does NOT make it more binding

Guaranteed MN law does NOT say talking "about" someone is a crime. So playing word games in a CONSENT order is a risk for Stearns county and that judge and that DA.

Judges also thought they had the right to physically go into a litigants home from family court to search for items a vexatious wife/hubby claimed had not been turned over to them yet. They got removed from the bench.

Lawyers and parents also think they can consent to blend child support with alimony. They are wrong.

If that stupid bitch judge and DA are willing to risk their livelihoods on "about" in what is a violation of free speech "consent order."

In addition to not being able to shut the fuck up, he also seems to have a pretty bad lawyer. With a bar that low, even someone of Nick's abilities might be able to prevail.
Of course his original plan was to use cocaine to turn Aaron into his Torgo-esque manslave, but that plan went out the window when he escaped the polycule. So Nick's just gonna have to sue him into indentured servitude instead.

I think the PO is trying to do the bare minimum, only cares if Nick pisses hot, and is doing as little testing as they can, so even if Nick does drink there will be so much time between his drinking and the test that it'll leave his system
