I genuinely can't believe Aaron plead guilty and didn't try and fight this, now he is completely fucked because if he backs out of the plea deal, he has made statements since that implicate himself, so I don't think he could win if he actually went and fought it in front of a jury.

Worse...they might try and reinstate the felony.

Best case scenario for Aaron now is his fine is upgraded and a suspended sentence.

Essentially now the state needs to decide what new deal to offer him and if they want to do any new charges. As you say, he fucked himself by the victory lap stream, confessing all. They don't need Keanu or Gino now.

Aaron didn't admit to the felony, so they'd still have to somehow prove that overcharge.

Apparently Aaron's own coach Scott doesn't want him in the ring because he's too old and has a family and Scott doesn't want him to get hurt.

He was charged with a misdemeanor and a felony. The plea was to drop the felony and plead to the misdemeanor, with the fine. I agree, the terms will change if they come to a new plea, but I still see the felony charge as a stretch. Even with Aaron's public statements.

Edit to add: unless Aaron says something new and dumb. At this point, anything is possible!

Aaron was supposed to take Slam Pig out to dinner after court. Maybe Nick will be a gentleman and take her to Aaron's favorite truck stop/restaurant Nelson Brothers. They have an aquarium and donuts as big as your head!

Apparently Melton and Nick went to Stoneys and the owner, a guy nicknamed Cheetos tried to fight Melton before telling them to leave. Maybe his gift card was expired.

He has been talking very loose and fast since he came to an agreement with the prosecution, which was never a good idea for a potential civil case, not sure if it makes the felony more playable but it hasn't helped him at all.

I am sure walking around with Nick and all of Melton's talk of raping little kids had nothing to do with the Stoney's guy's visceral reaction. I bet Melton and Nick had smug looks on their faces at the same time.

Count down to Melton and Nick driving by Aaron's ex-wive's home Ashley so that Melton can brag about perving on his little girl while Aaron was in jail.
