If Aaron can even get them is the first step. Not sure you're going to get an HRO against the husband of your victim. I can see a court saying "lol"
Is this a Minnesota thing? I've rarely seen a court not be willing to make a restraining order mutual. What legitimate purpose would anyone have incessantly stalking someone they claim they're afraid of?

Let's say that you can get one against Nick, I am not sure you're going to be able to get one against Melton, who lives 1,000 miles away
What's the over/under on Kayla winning Aaron's house in damages?

Before today I'd have said 0%, but it's definitely no longer out of the question

If Aaron is barred from ever even indirectly mentioning Kayla, surely an order for her husband to stop pinging him on Twitter and otherwise calling for his fans to harass Aaron into a violation makes sense.

It'd be like if Aaron kept mailing liquor to Nick's doorstep. Surely Nick could get a 'make the weirdo stop trying to get me to break probation' order.

are we not going to talk about that awful outfit? The 80's called and they want their fashion sense back.
Also FAT go on a diet balldo
That shirt is all wrong with that suit (which looks like it's been wadded up on the floor of the closet since his Wells Fargo "banker" days), and the tie is a travesty in every way, both standalone and with the suit.

Nice David Byrne shoulder pads, Skelly.

I need to see the cut of the pants and what shoes he wore to round out my disdain.

Just a reminder, MN voted in a pro-wrestler conspiracy theorist as governor.
The pro wrestler conspiracy theorist was a lot better than some of the clowns they've elected.

I'm not going to be excessively critical on that front. There are plenty of (actual) lawyers in frumpy, rumpled suits. At least he isn't wearing a Hot Topic belt and other retard accessories.

As for the shoulder pads, he looks like a doofus but since he is a walking stick figure from xkcd who has no shoulders, he probably has to compensate somehow.

Nick and Melton claim that Aaron is now potentially at risk of being upgraded to a felony.

It's Nick and Melton, so who knows.

Aaron violating the thing doesn't suddenly change the status of what he did. I don't see how they upgrade a misdemeanor (priced at $50) into anything but a bigger fine misdemeanor.

Him running his mouth indirectly about his legal woes doesn't make what he did worse or compound the damage of it.

Sorry, I'm not a lawyer. But it's not going to be "upgraded" to a felony—he was initially accused of a felony to begin with. It would only revert to that if the prosecution or the defense calls the deal off, no? Then Aaron would be facing his original charges of Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images (a felony and a gross misdemeanor).

That tie color is so bad. My dad had a car that color in the 70's, which is where that shade should have died. We need critiquing balldo outfits like the Tony thread used to have.

Is there a restraining order in place? All I see is a pretty standard criminal DaNCO (Do Not Contact Order).

Is Aaron still in a position where he can withdraw his plea? Here (and I think most places) he would require leave of court, but the rules of criminal procedure seem pretty whacky up there. Some of the judges here will always allow you to withdraw your plea if they won't accept it (the correct move, IMO - the plea was almost always fully induced by the offer and ambushing people with a new sentence has a chilling effect on people's willingness to make pleas). But, this judge seems like the kind of guy that likes to trip people up.

Don't insult David Bryne by comparing Nick wearing his daddy's suit to his absurdist performance art. Bryne is the good kind of autistic where his brain is broken in all the right ways. Nick is just an adult crack baby.
I know, I know. Zero slight to Byrne intended.

If we're changing the value of the KNU it needs to be called the New Kayla Nude Unit (NKNU) to avoid confusion in the historical record.
The $KNU($50) ebbs and flows like any other currency equivalent.
We should simply add the current valuation at the time of writing, as I'm sure it will go back down.
