That's my main problem. I don't dispute that Aaron broke the release conditions. I just think those conditions are total horseshit. It doesn't sit right with me that Nick was allowed to claim (read: lie) that Aaron took that picture without Kayla's knowledge or consent, and Aaron is just supposed to sit there and take it.

On a legal level, Aaron is wrong. Sure. Not gonna argue otherwise.
