It gets even worse.
According to Melton, Todd Peterson said the following in Court yesterday:
"I have advised Aaron, throughout this case, not to discuss the case or mention the defendant, and it's clear that he understands that"

This obliterates ANY argument that Aaron misunderstood the order, that he mistakenly thought that he just couldn't contact her directly, that he mistakenly thought it didn't apply to his show because he was a public figure, etc.
Aaron's attorney, who Aaron was
just glazing as one of the top defense attorneys in the area, went out of his way to throw Aaron directly under the bus at the first opportunity by telling the Court, at a hearing to determine if Aaron violated an order, that his client did, in fact, knowingly and deliberately violate the terms of the order.
