And Ross should consider investing more in non-English publicity if he hasn't yet. SKG is mostly being advertised by English speakers for English speakers, so the only people this will reach are bilingual ESL Euros, which is still a decently sized crowd, but it may not be enough.

I'm been thinking about whether Ross' timing was genius or not. On one hand, at this point there might not be enough time to get all the signatures. On the other, with so "little" time left, it gave this a sense of urgency, and certainly imprinted a huge momentum on the whole thing. I also believe if this were to have half a year a lot of sloptuber would not have cared. "Eh it can probably make it."
And even though I'm hoping it passes, maintaining this momentum for say 2 more weeks seems like a monumental task.

Yes, voting has an effect even in countries over 100%>. 7 countries need to reach their individual goals, and 1M signatures are needed for the overall goal.

If you want your rights to be respected you need to fight for them, fortunately we can do this mostly in civilized way by just voting, petitioning and supporting activist groups for causes we care about.
