A close friend got a they/them girlfriend and has since shaved his beard and changed his pronouns on discord to he/they. I don't get it, the girlfriend is probably the dumbest person I've ever met, I don't mean this as a diss, she just seems to not 'get it' a lot of the time, and my friend is a smart guy, but he's been a lot more sad lately. I'm trying to figure out the right method to nudge him away from this without seeming insensitive. If he were to fully troon out it would be a tragedy. I know that at his core he's a good person, but there's a lot pulling him down.

Dudes will do crazy shit when they're desperate for some pussy. Only way to help your friend is to get him to realize there's a lot more to life than getting your dick wet. If you can do that, any sense of self respect will be enough to dump the enbie gf.

Try to get him involved in irl physical activities. Sweat and hard work are good antidotes for ennui. The sorer he is waking up the next day the less brain clock cycles will be spent thinking about trooning out.

I was gonna say send him to Kiwifarms, but then he'd possibly see your comment. But then if he reads that far in and not rejecting KF outright, it's likely he's likely he's on the fence and be able to be pulled away from the troon death spiral.

How did you figure out he's a tranny and how far into it is he? I honestly think your best bet is to politely tell him the truth upfront, especially now that it doesn't sound like he's too invested, otherwise chances are he'll just keep going with it and maybe start to surround himself with people who enable him.

T4T chaser and my personal troon-cow is slowly realizing that while he undergoes cosmetic surgeries, laser and alike, his target audience; other troons, isn't putting in the same effort. Acne, fat, poorly dressed, poorly groomed, and while same applies to most women if he was to 'revert' to being a straight male, hopefully his hibernating Lord-given urge to impregnate a woman should close the distance between physical lust and a stiff dick.

I'm saying this as a fellow woman (if you are male I apologize but you seem like a woman) who's done similar stuff to try to "save" people from trooning out: we aren't rehab for future sex offenders. You can just tell him he looks disgusting and not to send you his fetish material again. He's an adult man with a job. He's not getting groomed, he's gooning to that shit. He probably gets off on sending it to you and that's why he still does it, instead of cutting you off like his friends want. There are rules to the DSM based on observed reality. And while few things are strictly impossible within those rules, being "severely autistic" and BPD at the same time is pretty close to it. If you meet criteria for one, you cannot legitimately meet criteria for the other. Insofar as some symptoms may overlap or look similar, they occur for completely different reasons. So you can be one, or the other, or neither and a big dramatic liar. Guess which one I wager a troon is.

This is why trannies don't bother me as much anymore. I've had tens of friends who trooned out and not one of them reverted at any point. It's a death sentence, like AIDS to the fags some decades ago. "Oh, well guess I might as well cut ties; you're not here in a few years". I've looked good friends in the digital terminally-online eyes and said "Aight I'm out" before removing them. There is no redemption. There's nothing to fight for. This made me realize I've never seen a troon adopt the female fashion trends that most women are wearing. Where I live, most women are currently wearing wide-leg light wash jeans, a black top, minimalist gold jewelry, and white Nike or Adidas sneakers.
