She significantly over plays the BRIDGE stuff in my opinion. She is right that people are trying to modify DEI to either make it more palatable or more entrenched. But BRIDGE is just one of a thousand other renaming and rejiggings of DEI programs that exist. It isn't any more special than any of the other thousand programs just like J.E.D.I. or DEIB.

I was going to pull up her 50 minute summary video of BRIDGE but it turns out that isn't real, I schizoed it up and her non-stream bridge coverage is spread across over a dozen different smart brief updates. Start with a pencil right? when you go to sharpen it, you only wanna sharpen the top, you know, the only part you should be sharpening, because you don't wanna sharpen anything you shouldn't be, but because you sharpen the pencil so much, it creates a new top, a top that wasn't there before, so now you wanna sharpen that top, and that goes on and on until there's no actual top left.
Here's how this works in actual terms, envision the person as the pencil and the label as the sharpener right? First, you label the person who actually should be labeled a nazi, a nazi, right? But then since there's now no more nazis (the top), you find a new person to call a nazi, someone who doesn't really fit the absolute textbook definition but they're almost as bad so you do it anyways (Think a white supremacist or a slave owner, something like that). Okay, cool, but then, since you've already started, you might aswell go to the next step down, a racist. Now they're a nazi, then you go another step down, a homophobe, another one, associate of said homophobe/racist, another one, and another one, you get the point.
