One thing I've learned from following PPP/Kino Casino is that you can get away with literally fucking ANYTHING as long as you are likable and entertaining enough. All of his streamer buddies are sick of him. I have no doubt that a large portion of the signatures for SKG are from people who just want to see Mald lose. Unsurprising, he loves to lie so I can see why he would be adverse to the idea of reporting his finances.

I gotta be honest, I struggle to think of a time when I've seen such a loud and unanimous upheaval of someone quite as strongly as this fiasco with Jason, it's like the whole internet did a 180 on him at the drop of a hat.

It's remarkable, it's as if everyone was waiting in the wings, primed and ready to blow up at this dude and they just needed some kind of spark to light the fuse. It's incredible to me that if so many people were this ready to illustrate what a piece of shit this guy is, that they hadn't just done so before. It's like everyone just woke up one day and decided "fuck this dude, urgently and entirely" all at once.

I think there's always been people who saw his videos, realized how full of shit he was, and just hit "don't recommend channel". That's certainly what I did, he irritated me and was probably peddling some bullshit but that goes for a lot of channels. Next time I heard about him was when he started shitting on SKG, so I felt vindicated in my original impression. It wasn't until Ross's video did I realize how big the fucker's following was, I was still under the impression that he was a middling C tier e-celeb at best, but it turns out this guy is rubbing shoulders with some big names like Assmongoloid. His growth seems almost artificial, but I guess a lot of his bad behavior is covered up when he just bans anybody who mentions anything to his audience.
This is a case of there being a lot of people waiting in the wings to club this fucker, and even his audience should be able to open up to his bullshit. Hell, I don't blame people for waiting to strike, even this thread got its share of attempted gayops for merely talking about the guy, and channels that did post anything about him were hit by DMCA strikes.
