I wouldn't be surprised if she had the fulltime equivalent of 3 spread out between people in the run up to this. I doubt her ability to stay on top of an artist just for emotes, let alone all the assets and coordination between them.

the most popular english speaking performer spent literally tens of thousands of dollars for perhaps the most fluid vtuber model i've ever seen. the debut stream is in 60fps and the movement tracking is far and away the most technically impressive that has probably ever been put together. no doubt that an entire team of malaysian artists had to spend a combined manhour total in the thousands to get this put together. i think it was a month before announce and debut? they literally had brown hands cramping over weekends to get this done in time.

She probably had been preparing all of this for over 3-4 months even if she officially quit her company a month ago.

You say this like she isn't a weirdo herself. Gura was always the least insane Loli Vtuber (I guess excluding Biboo and GiGi if you count her.), but I think it was always kind of obvious she was partly held back by cover to not go full, well, Saba as we see now.
