I don't think Chaeiry can join Pxie's case. If Destiny does get charged, it will be for wiretapping, not the intimate images law Pxie is using. Again, Chaeiry has done everything she can at this point - it's up to the police how they want to progress with it. The real meme would be if Stasia and Abby join Pxie's case, because he sent their videos within the applicable date range.

my guess is he sent abby the chaeiry audio and she just referred to it as a video because it was a vid with a black screen.
