Probably not because they check for a residence inside the EU? Hard to say and probably depends on country and how they do your registration there. Some don't even let you vote if you're outside the country others have the processes to support all your citizen's rights wherever you are in the world.

Nobody should get complacent however for multiple reasons.

1 : theres no saying this will KEEP as high without pressure
2: at least 100k assuming 1 million might have errors, or whatever in signatures.
