I don’t think that he actually wants to sue Sean. I don’t think the case against him is as strong, plus it would just be a pain in the ass to add a new case when the other cases were probably built over months. And it’s also possible that Sean has already flipped on his coconspirators. He’s been awfully sanguine about the whole thing, having just as many harsh words for the others bringing Ethan’s wrath down upon him as he does for Ethan (as far as I’ve seen). He hasn’t even tried crowdfunding a legal fund… does he seem like the sort to let a grift pass him by?
