I have absolutely no evidence of this, but I've always wondered if his mods feed him at least some of his TTS responses. They enter a queue, and it can be an hour or more before a given TTS is played on stream. God knows what's happening in the meantime...

Edit: At the very least, HE can see the queue long before he plays the messages, so his responses are not nearly as spontaneous as they seem.

While its not gaurenteed to stay this way, this rate is roughly 3k an hour. If we kept this rate 24 hours a day, we would get 72k a day, and probably be done by the END OF THE WEEK.
