Autumn has apparently been working on a "truesona" AKA a fursona that's literally meant to be her, I suppose.


I don't really understand what the difference is between this and a regular fursona is. Isn't Salem already meant to be her? Isn't that why she's named Salem? So this is just, another Salem? It's not like this is more realistic just because it's fur is black now; she's not a rabbit. I'd say she wisened up to the fact OG Salem is butt ugly and looks nothing like her, but really I think she's just continuing her narcissism/collecting new fursonas arc.

As for the design itself, pretty funny that even though this is meant to be her in her truest form, she still gave herself a lip piercing and hairstyle she doesn't have, as well as clothes we know she doesn't wear. Her 'pride getup' was a baggy t-shirt and mid-thigh denim shorts. It's not like what she drew is even a particularly daring outfit nor one that would be difficult to find the pieces for, which just makes it extra bizarre for her to lie about looking this way.

Heather had an odd OC evolution. The Heather we know today actually started as Salem before her demonification, you know, back when Autumn actually gave a fuck about lore for her characters.

I don't think I need to repost the most recent version of the white rabbit design (the BDSM vampire one). Anyway, I guess Autumn abandoned the pre-demon lore, and the white rabbit design took Heather's name instead. And now it looks like the black rabbit design is coming back, of course more trashy looking and fat.

Salem now is just a lardass to jerk off to, nothing more. It's like Autumn forgot you could make pinups of OCs and flesh out a story for them at the same time. Once again, justice for old Salem. Let her be healthily plump with dark fur again.

Great post overall, but white Salem and Heather are two separate entities. Heather as an "alter" (assuming said "alter" is real, lol) was supposed to be her venting topic in 2024 and is now a soulless redesign of her old fursona from Xitter / friend to Salem, kind of what Peanut Butter was to Pepper. Re-reading the thread is fun.


And... she once planned on redesigning the white one. Maybe leaving that as a WIP is for the best.
