The wording of SKG was good enough for the ECI to consider even platforming the initiative, but not good enough for Mald's discerning palette for grass-roots campaigns.

I believe, a few years ago in a monthly Q&A he said that Valve broke combine's behaviours and they will no longer do what he needs them to, so he either has to rewrite, reanimate, revoice and reproduce all of what's been premade already or to code completely new behaviours that suit his needs basically from scratch, and he had time for neither of these solutions. And, for sure, has none nowadays.
