It's all quite poetic. Ross' video on The Crew which - could be seen as the very origin of SKG - was meant to be released on July 4th but he didn't make it in time (as explained in the intro).

And now the initiative itself reached it's initial goal just a day before July 4th. Just seven years ago this man wasn't able to meet his deadlines, and now he managed to get over 1 million Europeans to support his initiative with 26 days for additional signatures.

On the other hand we have Madling Faggottree, who just a year ago was seen as a respectable streamer teaching people about game development, and even going on to win streamer awards. However, all it took to shake his gay little empire of lies, was to forget about the basic rule that everyone knows. YOU DON'T TOUCH THE MOLD. Ever since he touched the Moldman everything started crumbling. He wasn't the wholesome honest gamedev anymore. Then people realised he can't play WoW despite his father working at Blizzard. And then people found out about how he can't play puzzle games, and has to look up walkthorughs so that his fake reputation of a genius isn't damaged. And now he's sitting in his room, streaming to his ever-decreasing audience, silently seething at Moldman's success while banning anyone who dares to talk about it. This whole year has been a disaster for Maldavius Faggottree, a disaster so big that I think the only award he's getting this year is LOTY. That is, if he can outperform Bossman of course.

Something that really blows my mind is how stupid these people are for refusing to take accountability. It HAS to be mental illness, right?

I remember talking to some folks about all the drama going on with idubbz and Creator Clash 3, and I said "Ya know, he'd still get plenty of deserved hate, but man he would save so much face if him and his wife came out and just admitted to fucking up."

I feel much the same about Mald. He'd still get tons of shit, but if he took 15 minutes to just take a singular L, this whole shitshow would have been so much smaller. Same with his whole Hardcore WoW shitshow.

Again, not defending him or saying he wouldn't get hate, but he would have SO much more ground to stand on if he ate one single piece of humble pie, admit he fucked up or said something that was out of pocket, and moved on.

I can be plenty of a stubborn little autistic myself, but I can't imagine double, triple, QUADRUPLING down if my stupid ass was caught with my hand in the cookie jar for the world to see.

Honestly, I put it down to nepotism, not madness. Whether we like it or not there are children of wealthy and connected people who always land on their feet because they are carried and placed gently on them. Mum and Dad have always been there to get them what they wanted, they don't have to face consequences because they get bailed out, and if really unlucky the worst they've ever gotten is a scraped knee. Accountability, that's for fucking peasants!

Mald's arrogance, deviance, entitlement and nastiness are all traits that have been hard coddled into him, and we all know atleast one person like this. Scary to think how many just like him are out there; spoiled, spiteful, envious and cruel, never once having to taste the consequences of their own fuck ups. That idea of accountability, it is alien to people like that.

It is why it is so satisfying to see the consequences of never taking accountability slap this faggot in the face hard. In going the extra mile to be spiteful, he snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Not just on the StopKillingGames petition, but it put more eyes on him. People saw the arrogance, they saw the nastiness, they saw the refusal to take any accountability, they ended up seeing all the furry shit. People are currently seeing him try and pull the victim card after being such an overbearing and colossal cunt, and they're learning the names of people who are helping and enabling him in trying to do so. This is a massive loss and a massive failure. There is no landing on his feet this time no matter what shit he, or others, pull.

And that is what makes this so satisfying to watch. It is pure schadenfreude. We all know people like Mald, he's definitely a more extreme version and definitely obnoxious. But we can comprehend accountability, because we also comprehend consequences. Mald, and people raised like him don't, they never had to learn, and as such, Mald's never going to know why he's now in a world of shit and he's not going to know how to navigate his way out of it.
