I think every site he's been on says "provably fair" on it.

The mere claim is generally not sufficient to establish it, sort of like being certified by some bullshit agency like the Injun "Kahnawake Gaming Commission" (notorious for certifying crooked site UltimateBet while they were swindling their punters for years).
