Mega Rad Gun Thread

Histrionic, lolbert nonsense. Nobody "folded" besides the politicians and the situation has still improved compared to what it was previously. Nobody is making you register NFA items - do it or do not.
i'm not sure if people are aware of what the Form 1 process is.

You need to submit fingerprint .eft's for EVERY NFA PURCHASE. (This is still in place)
Then wait for an entirely unknown amount of time before finally you get your seal of approval.
Oh you moved and you have a SBR? File a form 5320.20

For what? A piece of plastic. Only in the most demoralized, deracinated, and docile retard cattle society would people think this is a good idea.

The 2nd Amendment was made with the explicit intent to kill people. Specifically people in government.
The Framers were influenced by British common law and a philosopher called John Locke. They knew that there had to be a way to uphold the social contract. And that's where we get "Shall not be infringed". "2" wasn't some arbitrary number they just chose like modern day historical revisionists and gun control advocates say today.

Once you lose rights you don't get them back. It doesn't happen. If you look at these retarded, nonsensical games as some type of "win" you are mistaken. America is dead and it's been dead for a long time.

Your last bit reminds me of the PirateSoftware hurr "no one is making you play live service games" durr argument. It's the same as "but how does this personally affect you though".

We had it. It was 99% of the way there. But there is always some catch, or some game someone can play like a child to prevent it from happening. Fuck that.

I'd prefer if these items were taken off the NFA and the registry was annihilated ASAP, but if you've ever filled out a 4473 or been arrested, the feds can get your info quite easily if they don't already have it for some reason. Right now we need to make sure any lawsuits that are filed with the aim of taking suppressors and short barreled rifles/shotguns off the NFA are supported. It's imperative that this happens, otherwise a future congress with a democrat majority can simply increase the tax to $5000 down the road.

I fucking guarantee you the Feds already have your fingerprints and photo socked away on some government mainframe or other, even if you've never submitted a Form 1 or Form 4. They already know everything about you, including if you're a gun owner. You can bitch about your high ideals and "not play their game", but the only one it really impacts is yourself.

Is the $0 tax while still submitting the Form ideal? No, of course not. But it's better than what we had a week ago, and it's an important stepping stone towards having 2A fully restored. I'm sure there are already plans in the works to take the government to court and get the rest of the way there, at least for suppressors and SBRs/SBSs/AOWs, because how the fuck can you submit for a tax stamp when you're not actually paying any taxes? And right now we have the most gun owner friendly government in history, including leaders in the ATF and DOJ who have vowed to respect the rights of gun owners and to suggest to the courts the exact OPPOSITE of what they would have with previous administrations. Like it or not, inch by inch is how we win back our rights. The all or nothing approach will never work, and if the all or nothing faggots had their way then we wouldn't have scored the wins we already have.

On a more fun and personal note, I did indeed get that refund from that knife maker today and I've already used it to order an EOTech EXPS-2 with the green reticle instead of red. I considered getting the EXPS-3, but realistically I do not need the night vision mode since I will likely never be able to afford NODs, and I prefer having the green reticle instead of red.

I also ordered a new Nightingale Leather Sandpiper shoulder rig for my Staccato P. I love the one I have for my Dan Wesson Specialist. Its my favorite holster that I've ever owned or used, and I've wanted one for my Staccato ever since I got it. It's going to be almost identical to the one I already have: black leather, fully lined, 3 slots in the mag carried, horizontal holster, brass hardware. The only differences will be the new one will have belt tie downs instead of the horizontal back strap, and it will have navy blue stitching instead of red. Kevin at Nightingale is running a sale right now. Normally it would be about $750 for this rig configured like this, but with the sale it was $530. It was just too good of a deal to pass up, so I put it on my credit card. Now I just have to patiently wait the 34 weeks for it to arrive.

whats the best .380 pocket pistol ruger SCP or the S&W bodyguard 2.0?
Walther PP/PPK, The glock, The bersa is nice if you get a good one, The Ruger LC380 should be good (I have the 9mm and It point shoots well.)

don't overlook the .32's either. It's a good cartridge. the Beretta 3032 is good, the Keltec P32 is legendary and a vintage Walther PP in .32 is fairly affordable, Especially the ones made under Manhurin (~$500)

I genuinely dislike the LCP II. My mom had one and my grandparents now have it on the bedside table. Its the only gun i have ever fired one mag through and never wanted to again. It's just too small, it doesn't fit the hand, and its actually revolting to look upon. its so small that its easy to get slide bite, and Ruger, for whatever reason, decided to make the edges on the slide literally razor sharp. the top of my moms thumb was removed because of it.

One result of the $0 stamps is that it makes the process of transferring items to trusts less onerous. Previously you had to pay the $200 again to transfer something to a shared trust with a friend or family member, this could easily add up if you own a bunch of stuff. Without it, they aren't supposed to have access outside your presence, keeping them from using your suppressor on a hunting trip or sharing a gunsafe, depending on how strictly you interpret the rules.

Also if you want to buy a used suppressor. Previously if you found one out of state it would be two transfers for $200 each

Bodyguard 2.0

12+1 round capacity, good trigger, and despite the small size and low weight it's by far the best shooting micro .380 I've ever tried. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of recoil, shoots like a larger gun and followup shots seem much easier than with other similar micros

Apparently they've been supplying ammo to both sides in the Ukraine war and it's become a scandal. Hopefully temporary
I'm shocked! Shocked to find that arms dealing is going on in here! Frankly, I'd be would be surprised if it wasn't happening.

I doubt we'll ever see the legalization of something like the home defense M79, but, frankly, the average citizen has little practical need for those.
Don't know, those buckshot rounds would be fun for blasting feral hogs, or home-invaders with.

I genuinely believe the Founding Fathers would have phrased it differently if they'd thought anyone would be dumb enough to try to ban or restrict firearms wholesale. I think, having just gone through a war for independence, they simply assumed no one in the US would try to take away the tools they'd just finished using to secure that freedom.
They phrased it as simply as they could. There is no combination of words that will ever be simplistic enough for people who simply refuse to accept another's rights. The liberal would never allow any conservative to have the same level of "what could they have meant!" with any one of the rights they cherish. Could you imagine the screaming we'd get if someone argued "separation of church and state" only applied to the catholic church, and that the Founding Fathers would totally be on board with state-mandated bible classes and prayer in schools?

The only reason it went away is because it had a built in expiration date.
Bushy boy said he would have reauthorized it had it come to his desk.
Its impressive how dog-shit republicans are... and then you remember the alternative is still somehow worse.

The NFA will continue to be whittled down and our eternal march towards owning full-autos will trudge on until we are victorious either through political/legal means or the enforcement of the law falls apart due to circumstances we can all imagine.
The Internet is a godsend for gun rights/pro-gun attitudes because you see the ATF targeting normal white people while ignoring black rappers posting instagram music vids showing off their fully legal guns and talking about going to war with illegal gangs using their glock switches and AR auto sears made from clothes hangers making people lose faith in these organizations.

I personally want to own less than lethals like flashbangs or stingers that I can fire out of an underbarrel grenade launcher in my lifetime.

also conspiracy theory time, (((They))) want every company/institution to be run like how tech companies are now, 90-95% braindead pajeets being wrangled by 5-10% white or asian senior professionals. Just enough to keep everything running but not enough to bring significant change. They're starting to understand that they can't do this with the police or military, they need their gentile warrior class to be good enough to hold everything together so they can't alienate white men too much. Once it gets to the point a random redneck is capable of taking out a squad or two of troops just with his AR15, it's over. AI taking over the armed forces completely is a big fucking meme and nothing burger. expect more compromises and appeasements.

Already kinda sorta legal.
37mm launchers can be mailed to your house without any FFL bullshit and you can get a professional pyrotechnic certification for free in about 30 minutes which allows you to get pretty potent concussion nades.

Of course why would you settle for anything less than 40mm and NAME BRAND flashbangs? The concussion nades I saw werent fuse on impact they were timed fuse too. Still would be fun to larp with.

If I ran the ATF I'd have an entire task force dedicated to searching social media and tracking down groids with switches. It's truly mind boggling
