Clinic closed and penis turning blue - what should I do?​

Woke up this morning and my penis was discoloured with 2 large blisters on it. Should it matter I've been feeling a little unwell the past few days, and the tip of my penis has been consistently cold despite my best effort and today I wake up like this. I've already lost part of my sac from necrosis so I'm worried about circulation issues.

The clinic is closed till tomorrow and I can't seem to get through to their after-hours care. Not that I could do see them in person anyways since I'm from a different country. I have been seeing a wound care specalist on Tuesdays but thats still 2 days from now. What should I do in the interim?

Swelling 4 Days post srs? TW Graphic !​

I'm struglling with a lot of swelling post Op. Its also causing me quite a lot of pain, since its tugging on my stitches and staples. I'm trying to cool it as much as possible at this moment. Does anyone have any advice to reduce the swelling? Is it looking okay otherwise? Thank you for the help

Her surgery was probably done by a cancer surgeon making $$$$$$$$ where being ALIVE is the point, not looking good at the beach, whereas for Teetus Deletus, the aesthetics are the point.

The fact that people who are allegedly just doing cosmetic surgeries wind up with their patients looking like the aftermath of a Chinese lock out/tag out failure is fuckin' wild.

And like you said; I thought the wrong way around; cancer-removing mastectomies can look a bit "gnarly", as it's an invasive medical surgery. It's horrific that the plastic surgery trans mastectomies leave the patient looking the same, too often.

Looking up close, a lot of what's visible in these pictures is gauze. (It's soaked with serosanguinous drainage so it's harder to tell what it is with just a glance.)

I think its because the plastic surgeons that do it know that there is no expectation that anything look a certain way, nor will they be held to any standard for these particular groups. They get the most money and can just do the laziest work to creat repeat customers.
