I would assume most people with half a brain would do very well on the ACT, but again, someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

My understanding is that it is kind of a E vs W coast thing in regards to which test is more commonly taken by highshoolers. A 36 is a perfect score in a section of the ACT. I remember who scored over 30 from my highschool and Titty Ricky is for sure an under 20 score.

Pat did not take the SAT, nor the PSAT. He did not take the ACT(s). He did not take any standardized test, except maybe the ASVAB. Those test scores show up on the high school transcript. They weren't on Piggy's transcript. I have no idea if the ASVAB shows up. If he took it, he did very poorly indeed. The only thing his transcripts showed is that he was a stupid student, an unreconstructed truant ( days absent from 9th to 12th grades, 36.5 days, 21 days, 18.5 days and 31.5 days. Plus a few tardies each year. A school year is 180-190 days.) who graduated 87th out of 113 students. He had no extra-curricular activities. He was not even a zero.

If they wanted to fight for it I'm sure they could've gotten some form of monthly payment on the books, but I totally understand why it wasn't worth it for them to bother. A small part of me wishes they would have since I'm a big fan of seeing him face the consequences for his actions.

I totally get why they agreed to no child support requirement. If Pat was paying anything, he would have the legal inroad to fuck with them non-stop.

What I am surprised about is the state agreeing to this. States never like suspending parental rights as this takes away a potential to pay for the kid vice becoming a ward of the state.

Pat wouldn't have taken the ASVAB in high school. It's not a requirement nor would it show up on a transcript. Like when I enlisted in the military, I had to take the ASVAB on my own initiative, through my recruiter.

I'd pay a small fortune to watch Pat attempt the ASVAB and then see his response when he gets the scores. I'm not saying he would fail, but there is no way he would qualify for a tech field.
