Eh, if it's a personal art project I'd disagree. It seems an autistic obsession of her's and in that honestly she probably should stick to it, but seeking to monitize it and make a business of it like she wants is laughable.

It's impossible for a retard to write a smart character. Wogglebug is Cherie's idea of what a smart person should be.
That's one of the more delightful aspects of her crippling tism. She picked this character Baum deliberately made an annoying, bloviating, jackass know-it-all.
The only thing she took from Baum is the name and origin story. Her Wogglebug is nothing like the original - she made him a well-meaning but emotionally unstable and socially inept weirdo. Someone who is laughed at behind his back all the time. Gay comic relief character from an 80s comedy.
Early Chris Chan was self aware enough to make something like "Rolling and Trolling" but he doubled down on retardation anyway. God, it's depressing to compare Cynthia unfavorably to Chris Chan. Part of her charm is that you kind of want her to succeed, but also you know that she is too retarded to ever actually do it.
If she was a little more self-aware, a little more competent and a little less lazy, she could be the Neil Breen of animation.
This part is accurate to Baum's Wogglebug. The "main" characters, the ones you'd recognize from the movie, tell him to STFU multiple times because he loves puns and can't read the room.
