We don't know the context of that tweet, but Randazza spilled at a libertarian convention of some sort that Nick was almost six figures in, within the first six months.

For people thinking that's what he spent the house on, the timings don't line up. Likely the mortgage Nick took out on his main house, went up his nose. He sold the horror show house to stop foreclosure on the main house.

Edit to add: My stab in the dark for the original purpose of the mortgage he took out on his main house, was to pay for the upstairs extra bedroom for the kids and downstairs sex dungeon that Nick never got done. And instead he blew it on coke.

Nick claimed "Well over 40 thousand" in march of 2023. More than two years ago. At the time, Nick had only just filed a motion to dismiss. This is before he started the appeal. Randazza was there in person to argue. There was some evidence earlier in the thread that he charges 1000$ per hour. Nick's costs are definitely over 100k by now
