Derrick Lewis fucking rules.

He "doesn't speak Portuguese" but he knew "they was talking shit" followed by him criticizing Dana for making him fight Brazilian taxi drivers before he announces he's going to do some ground and pound on his wife because he's been away from her for 2 weeks for his training camp.

This dude got time-warped back here from the early days of the UFC. Just a big fucking tough guy who tosses dudes around the place if he can't succeed in sending their head into the 8th row in the first minute or so. His takedown defense is, as he puts it, "just stand up" and it somehow works most of the time. Seeing guys with such a unique style is so rare now.

one of my favorite things about lewis is this guy could fight like world-level elite BJJ master but lewis completely nullifies it by "just standing up". he's one of my favorite fighters of all-time and he deserves the world.
