Where did you get the info that LTSC 21H2 is based on 1904 (which doesn't exist, but there was a 1903)? The version number for that release is Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044. Checking the 19044 build numbers against official release information lists it as 21H2. The last version of 1909 was build 18363.2274, which is older than any of the 2021 LTSC builds.

I wonder if it will end up bricking "cracked" xbox app games like Minecraft Dungeons. I doubt groups/individuals that cracked them would go back to fix their bypass method.
The page on Massgrave.dev just takes you to a page titled "How to activate Windows/office", which has nothing about the TSForge option being used to get the 3 year ESU updates. Do you need to grab something off their Github?
I guess it would depend on how it was cracked. If it uses a hacked DLL from an old version of the Xbox app or the MS store it should work forever. If it uses the live version of the MS store or the Xbox app it could break when Microsoft ends support for that service, similar to when Games for Windows Live shut down.
