It's a good thing it was introduced in the latest update and not at release, it would've been a total mess otherwise. I have to play a lot of other paths, but The WEF path for the EU is definitely my favorite so far.

TNO2 would be better if it was just based in the 21st century where Herr Fehlinger became Fuhrer after a resurgent Russia + Yugoslavia and just bombed them into smitheries, and then it is basically the same scenario as TNO but following Gunther's W in TFR, and then Europe ends up in a civil war with his death.

A strange question. Is there a good method to searching for obscure photographs? I am trying to search for a picture of Heider Heydrich (Reinhard Heydrich's second son), but the only photos I can find of him are when he was very young, or very old. I need a photo of him as an adult, middle aged preferably.

NATO also seems to got buffed since I have seen NATO soldiers walk into St. Petersburg one month into the First European War for three times in a row now.
Edit: just won the war in three months, so yeah Germany can get very OP now

Yeah, they tweaked pre-war Germany a little. Now it doesn't fail to get the bundestag approval needed to continue their tree nearly as much

Yeah Russia would just steamroll AI Europe every single time. But now it’s more like 50/50.

The problem with both is they want to have their cake and eat it too. Savinkov died before he could do much of note. He was interesting as a populist figure. A social democrat that once sided with the Bolsheviks decided to terrorize them them when they became too cruel and authoritarian for him. The reason he is natpop is their smoking gun that he praised Mussolini and said fascism is his ideology. But this is early syndicalist fascist Mussolini. If anything Sovvy shoulda been totalist by their logic. They just keep trying to pigeon hole him as their Hitler expy cause they killed off the real life Hitler.

The biggest blunder of KR is much like TNO of not actually capturing the changed world. Yes they do good with exploring failed politicians and making them this universe's success stories and that is interesting but they do not explore the actual themes of their changed world. Having fascism being left-wing is VERY interesting but they get too scared since a lot of them are leftist themselves who are afraid of making themselves associated with fascism so instead pick generic Stalinist in the country. To them just being afraid of actually having gamer leaders and nations such as the remove of Pelly which was not even an accurate depiction of him. Just from my short talk with the huehuehue who wrote the Long and Pelly paths that nigger broke out books, writing, and philosophies both men wrote especially Pelley. Just so he could write him better. While KR Pelly was just standard theocracy and racism.

People call KX the meme version of the mod but honestly they do a lot better of a job at researching at how the people of those times actually felt and acted instead of using a 21st century lens.

I do. It failed since a lot of the devs from it were the same devs from Bring the War Home and we saw how that turned out. Doomed to fail like most commie obsessed HOI4 mods. At this point I am convinced you either need to get Nazbols or apolitical people to write your mods for you. TFR has shown that other mods fail since the dev's biases get in the way so you need to have devs who write biases they love. Russia may be soft core Russian porn and propaganda but man is it fun playing that since you are living out some Russian's wet dream which is the point. At its core your nation should be the hero of your story and living out its wet dream.
