Yes, Nick was saying his hearing was bumped to a half-hour after MAPton's hearing, which the Barneswalker had bumped to 1:30 PM on Wednesday the 23rd. It will be funny to see both sides go in there expecting to pore over hours and hours of supercuts with the judge only to be told to get concise or get fucked.

Color me but I don't think it's going to go well for Patrick specifically. If Aaron got a real lawyer who's done HRO stuff before, Patrick (and maybe Nick) are probably losing. The Barneswalker is going to start yelling about constitutional amendments and spinning novel theories of law to explain why you can't use prior restraint to stop a man from stalking his RadioBeef after admittedly trying to bully him into suicide, while probably not even touching on whatever elements are needed for an HRO. Bonus if we hear about watermarks again.

The people I've known who have gotten DVRO's or HRO's did so against people who did way less than Nick and Patrick have done to Aaron. And "But she stalked/harassed/beat me too!" didn't work as defenses.
