I'm gonna be very optimistic because I always try to have hope for anyone and say that he doesn't look too terrible in his "pre-transition" pictures. No cat ears, slight beard/mustache, he looked okay, maybe in desperate need of a haircut and some gym time, but otherwise he'd be just fine. As a man. The fact he's trying to convince you he's a woman is what makes him look so fucking terrifying.
