He literally claimed that vomit was something he made out of wagyu beef. This is his usual stupidity where if he thinks he spent a lot of money on something it means it's high quality. He is the dumbest moron of all time.
Really? I mean I guess technically the skin bones and hooves count as "Wagyu" if they came from Japanese cows?

How do you say something like that? That is not something that is possible to do.
Oh, indeed you can. It's American "wagyu," and it appears they sell it for about $28.97/pound (or as low as around $20.23/lb). The review comments have an interesting number of people complaining it's too fatty.

Kurt's views rise. Nick's views plummet.

Imagine this menacing crazy face trying to force you to eat whatever the fuck that is on that plate.

It would be legal to shoot someone trying to force that down your throat.

How do you say something like that? That is not something that is possible to do.

There's a reason for that.
The cooking cope videos were only 9 or so months ago. This nigga's hairline is retreating faster than a cop at Denny's.

Pro tip to Rekieta, there's always a bigger fish.
The question is, when does Rekieta piss off a big fish? A montagraph with serious cash? Monty is a destitute 70 year old and managed to get the fucking moron to drop several hundred grand on a big shot LA lawyer. So if one of the lawyers hes been serially harassing decides enough is enough, what then?

he was cited for a petty misdemeanour traffic offense...failure to resolve it (e.g., by ignoring the ticket or missing a court date) can escalate to a misdemeanor charge
No. It's not new criminal activity.

Not exactly, or not yet anyway. Under Minnesota's goofy backasswards treatment of these, the post-probation offense charged is in fact a regular criminal misdemeanor on its face, and there do in fact exist some unlikely scenarios where an overly aggressive prosecutor motivated by a record of recidivism could choose to have that offense charged, convicted, and sentenced in a way that keeps it a criminal misdemeanor, so it's at least a crime until one of several processes turns it into a noncriminal petty misdemeanor:

State v. Selseth, No. A18-1426 (Minn. App. 2019) (citing Minn. Stat. § 609.131, subd. 1, Minn R. Crim. P. 23.02, and Minn. R. Crim. P. 23.04).

Leaving aside the first and third of those options that entail the hassle of affirmative certifications by the prosecution that would be silly for the Barneswalker to ask for, that second option would have been more than enough for Nick to unilaterally turn this offense into a noncrime long ago, because the offense having been charged by citation rather than complaint, the presently demanded fine amount being under the $300 petty misdemeanor cap, and sheer luck of the offense's presence on a statewide Judicial Council list collectively make this case a so-called "payable" offense, whereby simply tendering cash payment of the measly $119 and getting a receipt would have entitled Nick to automatic petty misdemeanor treatment whether the state likes it or not:

TLDR: Nick is retarded for paying hundreds if not thousands for the Barneswalker's time when forking over two shows' worth of superchats would have guaranteed him an automatic petty misdemeanor conviction that he could have waved around to his PO as proof of a noncrime. Most likely he only skipped this obvious solution because some PTSD flashbacks about his bodycam experience got him paranoid about court clerks clicking the wrong checkboxes, which might mischaracterize the conviction as the originally charged criminal misdemeanor that might land him in jail by accident until it gets fixed, so he just wants the Barneswalker there to shepherd court staff through the process and make sure it is done correctly.

To continue this course of action is especially retarded when considering that this isn't even being handled by the county attorney's office that loves the Crackietas so much, and in a perfect world, the "Rockville City Attorney" actually handling it could be enough of a Stoney's regular to know that Cheetos would give him free rounds for life if he were to simply withdraw the charge by citation, file an amended charge by complaint, insist in plea negotiations that the fine be no less than $301.00 that would make the originally charged criminal misdemeanor stay a crime, use Nick's established record of recidivism regarding traffic offenses to make it stick, and drop a copy of the final sentencing order in the mail addressed to Nick's PO.

The Zooluminati bows to the Rockvilluminati.

Unfortunately we don't live in that perfect world, and nothing ever happens.

Interesting clip of Mersh saying the reason he’s been hammering Aaron so hard this week is that he, Moody, Ralph, Karl and Tookie are acting as “proxy battalions” going after Aaron as an act of service for Nick and Melton. Go to 4:57 on this clip:

Like I said, you can't. That is not wagyu.
Anyone who thinks they’re getting “wagyu” from fucking Walmart deserves to be ripped off. Nick is a moron, part 667.

Hazelden costs a LOT of money. Why would someone who isn't an addict spend all that money to attend a rehab? Imagine all the cocaine he could buy with that money! The top plans they have are in five or six figures, literal celebrity amounts.

Why would a fun guy like Nick waste money like that that could be spent on cocaine?
I have a relative whose law firm shipped him off to Hazelden when he developed a coke problem in the 80s. Apparently he got Eric Clapton’s old room. He was worth the investment, though…no one can really say that about Nick. Any effort would be wasted on him and his presence would negatively affect the people there who actually want to get better.

Guess what cuck just started talking about Aaron on stream? Hint: It’s the one whose wife took gallons of Imholte baby batter in every orifice while her faggot husband kept trying to spy on them.

Melton just sent a $500 $550 Supertip to Nick, which apparently was money he owed him.

After being laughed at for looking like Henry Spencer from Eraserhead, Nick appears to have flattened his quiff to hide his increasing baldness.

Rekieta's current top dicksucker TUGSIMP in the audience, who I'd like to remind thread users is a middle-aged British woman, where it is currently 05:42 AM.

$550. A retainer for a White?
Lol no. That wouldn’t get you more than a couple of hours even at a reduced rate.

ETA: I know Melton owed him money for Hackamania (Nick had to pay for his own hotel room after Melton failed to do so, which I hope offended Nick), which he Supertipped Rekieta $1k for about a week after. Maybe Patty still owed him for something from then (fridge freight shipping?) or it's for an expense incurred during his recent trip. Of course Melton pays him back via Supertip so he’ll get his cut.

Nick tying himself down to an actual opinion challenge (Impossible!)

"I don't care if Trump sent a letter to Epstein, if its real or not"
"They released the video of Epstein, I don't know, I don't even care"
"Its doctored, but I don't give a shit"
"I don't know what anybody is saying about the client list, I really don't."

Why does anyone watch this show?
He refuses to actually give any opinion on anything. He just generally covers whatever headline he read today and then gives a bunch of whataboutisms for the audience to mull over for themselves.

Why does anyone watch this show?
To point and laugh, to see if he’s drunk streaming yet (his PO is away on vacation), to see how many times he violates the terms of the TRO, to see how much balder he is today, and to see how he manages to make every news story about himself.

This seems like something a judge might want to hear

At best it's Mersh admitting that Nick and Melton's friends are conspiring to fuck with Aaron as revenge for the HRO

At worst he's admitted that Nick and Melton told them to do this

Like I said, you can't. That is not wagyu.

Wagyu literally means Japanese Cow (or cattle)..that's it...import a Japanese cow you got Wagyu. Out of the four or 5 recognized Japanese breeds only one breed produces the tasty marbled meat.

So Nick is 'technically' buying Wagyu, but would probably have got a better cut of meat by buying good ol ranch fed and grow beef. He is getting ripped off because he knows as much about Wagyu beef as he does about law.

Note - MemeCopium explained thisi in a stream but cant remember which one.
