I seem to recall someone saying that management entirely outlawed model swaps outside of offcollabs at some point not super long ago. Can't remember if there was a specific reason given. At a guess it was probably related to how some new outfits got leaked on stream a few times JP side so they wanted to change/limit who has access to what or something, but I have no real basis for it otherwise.
