It's of course not in their interest to act on it until they have to. But if I was subscribed to Jason's channel, I would fill out the little form on Twitch that the streamer has defrauded me during the hype train event by conspiring with his moderator to use an apparent viewer account to plant purchases on the event.

This is what I would do in a hypothetical situation, and not advice or encouragement for anyone else to ever do anything to anyone for any reason.

I can promise you, almost no one reads the description. The amount of times I've seen people asking in comments for links or answers that are already in the description (or in some cases, covered in the fuckin' video) is staggering. I even have this shit happen on my tiny channel, where my descriptions often contain a lot of info relating to the video or further reading.
