On another note, it's sad Devin's latest vid didn't do so well. I hope he doesn't get discouraged too quickly to jump on the rage bait style of making vids. His channel is still small enough to experiment with. I've looked through the comments of that vid; There's a some Synth fans calling Devin a sellout/grifter lmao.

Just out of curiosity I checked and the last position video on Synth's channel is over a year old, his Stellar Blade review.

Now in his defense very few good games have come out this year but his audience for the most part doesn't want positivity.

Games suck now for the most part but it’s a real pain in the ass when you like one game and people in your audience then call you a sellout. I remember when people got pissed with Kane’s expedition 33 review. He didn’t even glaze the game, he just liked it and people got mad because he didn’t shit all over it. I hate when people hand out 10/10’s like candy, but just like people who are toxically positive you can’t express your honest take to people who are extremely negative with every game that releases.

What gets on my nerves is that they seem to expect you to share all of their opinions. It completely defeats the purpose of making videos with honest takes if you still have to grift to a certain audience. (Which is why I despise YouTubers like Fritanga) But yeah honestly I think a lot of people just stick around for doomer hour.

Holy shit, Debin's buttPirateSoftware video is, at the time of this post, 909K views. Ho lee sheeit what algorithm black magic did the spore-mancer do?
I know it's the 'topical thing' right now....but almost a MIL in 5 days? His channel was less than a month old-

Most (all) dramatubers read the Kiwifarms and his video was posted :smug: in the Jason thread. The video stood out because few had reviewed the game yet, and it was a great video so it made the rounds. Debin, you owe me 10 videos.

I propose we keep it nice and simple and call it "Lord Frogmire Appreciation Thread"
If a sub title is needed, perhaps "Lord Frogmire Appreciation Thread - The Better Brother"
Sub title variation could be "The Cooler Brother" or something, basically something that implies that Devin is the better/cooler and more likeable YouTuber/brother.

it was a trending topic, it was a good video, he ripped into the code more than anyone else did, and he was calling the furry faggot a furry faggot instead of scurrying around the bush

That one gacha degenerate's reaction to it was good because even he didn't know what the furry faggot's code was like and sat there in stunned silence for a while.
