@⚞⛇⚟ Alternatively, it would be TMI to say what specific titles you're looking for, but you can at least answer what status the music has (demo/unfinished work? unreleased material? commercially available? if commercially available, where? sold digitally? on mainstream platforms or only on stuff like bandcamp? rare vinyl or cassette? is there any public preview like on soundcloud or youtube?) and what genre or subgenre it's in
The webcam thing is weird, but no VPN seems to be pretty standard these days. Not saying it should be, but it is.

Youtube audio is fairly compressed, I'd only use it as a last resort.
If its from official pages, its probably be fine. HQ Opus is very good. format 251 on yt-dlp.
